The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

Der Bade- und Saunapark Wonnemar ist nebenan in Laufweite, ca. 200m entfernt. Das Zentrum und die Fussgängerzone von Sonthofen sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen, ca 700m. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.
