"Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added.
