Renovated old farmhouse, on the edge of the forest 300 meters from the village in an isolated position, for lovers of the mountains and tranquility. Upstairs living room with sleeping area, downstairs kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable equipped garden. Extra cost of 15 euros per day for heating in cold seasons (I know it seems expensive, but it is due to the recent increases in the price of energy: the heating is oil-fired and is very efficient, with 5 radiators). Adula Penthouse

The charming penthouse, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in particular the highest mountain of Ticino (Adula 3402 m a.s.l.) is located on the top floor of an ancient Ticino house expertly restored in 2022 (Cà Nizza) in that of Marolta, in the Blenio Valley. The place offers the possibility of a relaxing and refreshing stay in a so called "energetic place" in contact with nature and the traditions of one of the most fascinating valleys of the South of the Alps.

Located in a quiet location near the village of Cavagnago (1020 m above sea level), this typical farmhouse in the Leventina valley offers a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains that surround it. The farmhouse, an ideal place to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful excursions on foot, by bicycle and winter sports.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Runloda farmhouse (1500 masl), located in a beautiful area of larches, is 4 km from Campo Blenio, reachable by car. The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2021. There is an attic (with 3 beds), a living floor with kitchen, dishwasher and a bunk bed, on the lower floor shower, toilet, washer and dryer. The farmhouse is heated by pellets. No smoking and no pets allowed. Tourist tax not included

What I want to offer is the opportunity to relax in the midst of nature, feel at home and enjoy the beautiful days in complete tranquility.
