A real gem! As a tourism professional, I'm used to visiting all kinds of accommodation - but this one is truly exceptional. The view is simply magical: mountains, forest, moving sky... and the soft sound of the river in the background. Whether from the living room, the bedroom or even the jacuzzi, you are immersed in nature. Forget the TV, here it's the live show that captivates you. The accommodation is clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated, and the staff are extremely helpful. One night, a storm caused a power outage — we contacted Hassan, and he solved the problem in a minute. Again thank you for this responsiveness! Don't be swayed by any bad reviews: if there's a problem here, it's probably coming from the person writing it, not the accommodation. If I could give more than 5/5, I would do it without hesitation.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. This is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature. We'd love to come back here again💕

Beautiful accommodation in an indescribably beautiful and quiet location overlooking the sea and the Turkish coast. The host is responsive and attentive. The interior is clean and of high quality, there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation. I didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come again.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

Everything was good, but it was far from the city and to enter the villa we had to climb many stairs with an inappropriate slope and height.

Great place, nothing to say. I went with friends and found everything I was looking for and that was written.

The accommodation is as in the photos, even better in real life :) a magnificent view of the quiet lake. We only stayed one night but we will definitely come back. A big thank you to Fatih's parents who welcomed us very well.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

Had a fantastic stay! The flat was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location too - T1 tram station, 5 minutes on funicular to Taksim square. Highly recommend!

My stay at the place went absolutely smoothly. Communication with the host was straightforward and quick. Everything was clean, well organized and exactly as described – especially the view was touchingly beautiful and a real highlight of my stay.

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

Our family loved our stay! The house is beautiful and the location is stunning. We loved spending time on the beautiful patio with its incredible views of the Black Sea and we enjoyed that we have a private staircase for easy access to the beach. The house is nestled right in Old Town Nessebar, so everything is walkable. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our entire family. We will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We were hosted in a wonderful house and in one of the most beautiful locations on the island. Waking up to the magnificent view in the window every day was also enjoyable. Our house was very clean like a museum and everything we needed was inside. We are really satisfied and I would recommend it to everyone. Our host contacted us immediately and helped us with everything.

If you find the cottage vacant, do not hesitate to book it. This is a rare opportunity. The cottage is very beautiful and I will repeat the experience. The views are excellent and distinctive. Mr. Elguja was hospitable and cooperative. He even took us in his car to the supermarket to buy our needs as soon as we arrived. He not only gave us recommendations about the area, but also offered my brother to take his car to tour the nearby waterfalls, which tourists do not know about because they are like hidden gems. When my brother told him that he could not borrow his car, he took us on a tour and refused to take the value of the trip. We were really happy with the cottage, the atmosphere, the views and the host's treatment. Thank you for making our stay easy and enjoyable. 👏🤍
