We liked everything very much, the apartment corresponds to the description, the apartment is conveniently located. Tengiz is a pleasant, benevolent person!

The apartment is great, nice renovation, bathroom with shower cabin, everything is clean, there is air condition, iron, washing machine, large dining table, has everything for cooking. Fast internet. The apartment is located on the second floor, the windows overlook the quiet courtyard. The city center with cafes and the shore is about a 15-minute walk, there are grocery stores nearby. Elene is responsive, attentive hostess, always available. I had a great stay here and would recommend this.

The property is located close to the seaside, making it easy to walk to the beach in swimsuits. The beach is sandy with few people even during high season. The sea is shallow, perfect for kids, and a lifeguard tower is located directly near the entrance to the beach, providing an additional level of comfort for parents. There are a few restaurants nearby and a small shop in proximity, but for larger purchases, you will need to drive to Poti. The property is tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's a great spot for a relaxed family vacation.

Nice clean apartment. Cozy. At the very strategic place. Near the promenade, a large area for walking and entertainment. Shops are also in a walking distance. Everything in the apartment was to live comfortably. The apartment itself is spacious, bright.

We're staying in the house for the second time, and this is the second time we're more than delighted. The place is great, everything is made with a lot of taste, the cleanliness is spotless. Iliana and her husband Stoycho are great hosts, courteous, communication with them is seamless, this time we arrived early and even managed to check in without any problem. The space is always tidy and there are fruit, water, wine left:) If you love to cook, their kitchen has everything you need, the garden is also great. In a nutshell, we'd keep coming every year and highly recommend it to everyone, thebest airbnb we've ever stayed at!

Staying at their house is amazing, perfect stay for a transit tourist like me. The room is big, quiet, clean and lovely. they have washing machine and iron that I can use and the beach is just a walking distance. Going to Batumi Central Bus is easier as it is very close to the house. Thank you so much for hosting airbnb room and I will definitely come back!

Villa Yanevi is an incredible, private villa in the very heart of Lozenetz. The hosts are extremely hospitable and accomadated any requests we had. The place is sparkling clean and close to bars, restaurants, shops and only 5 mins from the beach. The villa comes with a private garden making it a great place for a family vacation with kids. Highly recommended stay!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Balchik! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. Theodor, the owner, gave us a lovely tour of the house and made sure we had all the information we needed throughout our stay. Anna surprised us with a delicious tart waiting for us on the table in the living room — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! The property itself is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. Both the house and the garden were incredibly well maintained, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment spent between the jacuzzi, sauna, and pool — it was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation, a true retreat for the mind and body. It was a very nice experience The house guest welcomed us. The house was very clean, bedrooms, etc., and the pool. The warmness of the pool, the jacuzzi and comfortable use of the barbecue made us have a very fun and comfortable holiday

It met our expectations, the fruit basket was prepared when we checked in, it was a fine move. Everything offered with personal care, kitchen products, etc. was very sufficient and nice. It was just like in the photos, the employees were friendly at the check-in and check-out process. I recommend :)

Nice cosy appointment in front of the beach.

This granny-unit up on peaceful Dragos Hill in Kartal is a lovely get-away. The couple who live in the main house are very warm and welcoming. The side house is good for one or two people. It has a little balcony from which you can enjoy the sea view. The hosts were thoughtful enough to leave some fruit and bread, cheese, olives, etc. for breakfast. They were also helpful with tips about where to eat. I only wish I had had more time to relax there! The neighborhood is full of beautiful villas and with its pine trees and calm streets it feels like an extension of the Prince's Islands right across the sea.

Very good find in Chisinau for large groups. We were a larger group and it was great to find a large place, close to central Chisinau. Walkable almost everywhere, fairly quiet and clean. We would stay there again.

Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

Ivelin was extremely accommodating and helpful. He even expertly seasoned and grilled the fish we bought in a fish shop. It was really a very special service and so delicious. He also had many good tips for restaurants and beaches or how to get to town by bus (bus stop is almost right outside the door). Highly recommended!

The city itself is quiet and peaceful. There is no noise, loud music from the cafe. On the territory of the guest house there is an apple tree, pear, persimmon, nuts. The hostess lamented the cafe Veranda. There is a very tasty chicken in pesto sauce. We went from there to Pitsunda and Primorskoe. Be careful about Gudauta driving Giguli with red headlights from the front and back, look carefully, don't let yourself be fooled

I had to stay for a short time but I liked it so much that I will definitely come back and even live here. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he gave me good suggestions about the area where I could visit, the house has an incredibly beautiful view, its texture is historical and the neighborhood is ideal for tourists.

The location is excellent, historical atmosphere, cultural diversity, developed infrastructure, transport accessibility , proximity to attractions, live atmosphere. However, it is worth considering that Balat is a fairly old neighborhood and some houses may need a renovation. Also, due to the popularity among tourists, in some places it can be noisy. In general, Balat is a great place for those who want to live in the heart of historic Istanbul and feel its unique spirit. I would work a little more on the decoration of the apartment, improved the flooring, shower, hot water, TV. And it would be the best place to stay in Istanbul
