You can use the parking lot and garden (common use). You can set a fire and camp in the garden at night. Fireplace wood is PAID. The sack is 300₺. Glass fire place THERE IS NO ALCOHOL USE IN OUR PLACE. If they wish, transportation services are provided to our guests for Abant, Yedigöller and Gölcük.

Casa are la parter living, bucătărie (deschisă), dormitor și baie. Deasupra dormitorului, sub acoperiș, este amenajat un spațiu de dormit pentru 2-4 persoane (nerecomandat copiilor sub 6 ani). Curtea din fața casei are un smochin mare, spațiu verde cu șezlonguri și un spațiu acoperit pentru servit masa. Până la mare sunt aproximativ 200m. Casa face parte dintr-o proprietate cu încă două corpuri de clădire, fiecare cu intrare separată și curte proprie. Delimitarea curților este însă simbolică.
