The apartment is great, nice renovation, bathroom with shower cabin, everything is clean, there is air condition, iron, washing machine, large dining table, has everything for cooking. Fast internet. The apartment is located on the second floor, the windows overlook the quiet courtyard. The city center with cafes and the shore is about a 15-minute walk, there are grocery stores nearby. Elene is responsive, attentive hostess, always available. I had a great stay here and would recommend this.

The property is located close to the seaside, making it easy to walk to the beach in swimsuits. The beach is sandy with few people even during high season. The sea is shallow, perfect for kids, and a lifeguard tower is located directly near the entrance to the beach, providing an additional level of comfort for parents. There are a few restaurants nearby and a small shop in proximity, but for larger purchases, you will need to drive to Poti. The property is tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's a great spot for a relaxed family vacation.

Staying at their house is amazing, perfect stay for a transit tourist like me. The room is big, quiet, clean and lovely. they have washing machine and iron that I can use and the beach is just a walking distance. Going to Batumi Central Bus is easier as it is very close to the house. Thank you so much for hosting airbnb room and I will definitely come back!

Villa Yanevi is an incredible, private villa in the very heart of Lozenetz. The hosts are extremely hospitable and accomadated any requests we had. The place is sparkling clean and close to bars, restaurants, shops and only 5 mins from the beach. The villa comes with a private garden making it a great place for a family vacation with kids. Highly recommended stay!

Nihalimo was a very nice host. She helped us with everything we needed, as the nearest big city of Marmara is only magical by car, she also drove us or brought us something, very friendly! The location is incredibly beautiful, better than in the photos. Very secluded, which we liked very much. Especially since we were there in September, we had the beach almost to ourselves. We were able to relax super and spent a lot of time at the beach and in the garden, their pets were also very cute. Nihalimo lived in the house next door, but that did not bother us. We would come back again and again! Thank you for everything!

We stayed there over the weekend with our 3 year old cavalier dog and a couple of our friends. We enjoyed the villa as it was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities for a nice stay. While neither the furniture, nor the appliances were super new or modern, they do their job perfectly fine. We spent our time mostly outside using the bbq and swimming pool and had a great time! The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be willing to come back ourselves.

Everything was great. The house was relatively in the center. With a 10 minute walk you were everywhere you wanted. The host is polite and flexible with our check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and is exactly as shown in the photos. I highly recommend it.

Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

Ivelin was extremely accommodating and helpful. He even expertly seasoned and grilled the fish we bought in a fish shop. It was really a very special service and so delicious. He also had many good tips for restaurants and beaches or how to get to town by bus (bus stop is almost right outside the door). Highly recommended!

If you are planning to stay in Fener/Balat, a best kept secret then stay here. It is a quaint old vibe residential area, safe & hassle free with excellent transport (tram, bus, ferry). The area is historically rich with old churches, synagogues, mosques & hammams. The residents are friendly & there is a good variety of fast food & sit-down restaurants & cheaper compared to Taksim or Galata tourist spots. A mini shopper's paradise with antique, clothing and other curio shops. The apartment is well decorated, warm & felt like home. Mehboob & Serder are both charming, respectful & careful to make guests feel at home. This is one of the top five places in Fener/Balat.

The city itself is quiet and peaceful. There is no noise, loud music from the cafe. On the territory of the guest house there is an apple tree, pear, persimmon, nuts. The hostess lamented the cafe Veranda. There is a very tasty chicken in pesto sauce. We went from there to Pitsunda and Primorskoe. Be careful about Gudauta driving Giguli with red headlights from the front and back, look carefully, don't let yourself be fooled

The house is at great location. There is very easy access to Tram and Ferry stations. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. There is a small shop nearby where you can get your daily stuff like fresh water, soft drinks, cigarettes or snacks. The neighborhood is really vibrant. There are many antique shops in the neighborhood and Balat is great combination of modern and traditional turkish life style as a historical neighborhood. If you are planing to come with your car, it is not easy to find parking space but public transportation is very developed in istanbul. The kitchen is well equipped but If you are planing to cook at home often, the facilities and size of the kitchen might not be enough for you anyway there are lots of cafes and affordable restaurants in short walking distance. As a result, great value for the price.
