Located in the forest and right next to the village, this is a perfect opportunity where you can breathe in plenty of fresh air, enjoy the unique sounds of birds during the day, and achieve mental tranquillity in the evening by relaxing by the crackling fire in the fireplace and letting go of all your fatigue. Our house, which is built entirely of wood, has three bedrooms with separate bathrooms and toilets, and two living rooms. In the winter months, it was preferred to heat the common area with a wood-burning stove and the bedrooms with oil radiators. You can accommodate 5 people with a double bed, a fold-out bed and a double sofa bed. Located in Istanbuldere village, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca, the markets and the lake.

All operators are available. We would love to welcome you in a peaceful environment with your family or friends, where you can walk in the enchanting atmosphere of nature, barbecue on your own 5-acre land.
