Located in the forest and right next to the village, this is a perfect opportunity where you can breathe in plenty of fresh air, enjoy the unique sounds of birds during the day, and achieve mental tranquillity in the evening by relaxing by the crackling fire in the fireplace and letting go of all your fatigue. Our house, which is built entirely of wood, has three bedrooms with separate bathrooms and toilets, and two living rooms. In the winter months, it was preferred to heat the common area with a wood-burning stove and the bedrooms with oil radiators. Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.

In Dag Forest, away from everything

It is a safe and comfortable area to explore the forest by making wonderful hikes in a village connected to Mudurnuya, made of wood in the mountain forest, away from everything surrounded by lonely forest, but comfortable and modern. If you call it peace and adventure, you should have this experience. As a choice at home, there is limited electricity with solar panels... we use candlelight for light, fireplace for heating, wooden thermoscope for hot water.

Our new, comfortable and scenic houses on the farm have hot water, unlimited Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. Although our houses have a bed capacity of 6 people, their common areas are ideal for 4 people. During the day, you can spend time with the donkeys, sheep and geese on the farm, do yoga on our yoga pier and sled in the snow season. There are also many hiking trails in the forest that starts next to our farm.

Our house is 2 hours from Istanbul and is very easy to reach. It is 40 minutes from Sapanca and 1.5 hours from Abanta. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner upon request. You can do trekking, fishing, mushroom picking. We have extra rooms for large families and transfer from Istanbul.
