Gün içinde çiftlikteki eşekler, koyunlar ve kazlarla vakit geçirebilir, yoga iskelemizde yoga yapabilir ve kar mevsiminde kızaklarla kayabilirsiniz. Ayrıca çiftliğimizin bitişiğinden başlayan ormanın içinde pek çok yürüyüş rotası mevcut.

Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.

In Dag Forest, away from everything

It is a safe and comfortable area to explore the forest by making wonderful hikes in a village connected to Mudurnuya, made of wood in the mountain forest, away from everything surrounded by lonely forest, but comfortable and modern. If you call it peace and adventure, you should have this experience. As a choice at home, there is limited electricity with solar panels... we use candlelight for light, fireplace for heating, wooden thermoscope for hot water.

Located in the forest village of Fethiye, one of the most beautiful Abkhazian villages in the north of Izmit, our organic farm is perfect for large groups. Our farm is only 30 minutes from Izmit and 1 hour from Istanbul. You can listen to music outdoors, have a barbecue, watch movies in the studio, or enjoy nature on our farm.

Our house is 2 hours from Istanbul and is very easy to reach. It is 40 minutes from Sapanca and 1.5 hours from Abanta. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner upon request. You can do trekking, fishing, mushroom picking. We have extra rooms for large families and transfer from Istanbul.
