Holiday rentals with breakfast in Black Sea

It was a beautiful and very well-maintained facility. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city Very well-maintained and atmospheric rustic rooms, the beds are very comfortable, so you slept well. Generally, the vibe of the cottage is unique. Effortless check-in and very efficient communication with the Host :) There is access to a sauna (requires prior reservation), a barbecue area, and a backyard with a roof. There are shops in the village, so there is no problem to stock up if needed. Highly recommend!

as two families, we chose it for a pleasant weekend with our children, first of all, a place where you can go every season in summer and winter, the heated pool works smoothly, the jacuzzi works smoothly and the sauna works smoothly, we did not have the slightest mishap. You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard. We had no trouble finding the location. Ms. Merve and Mr. Barış welcomed us with hot tea and treats. They are both very warm and helpful. We stayed as a family, the beds and the environment were very comfortable. We had no issues with privacy. The hosts helped us when we had any issues or missing. We left very satisfied. If we go to Rize again, we will definitely come here. 🥹❤️

Our experience was pleasant. The host was very nice and together we solved the problems we encountered. I highly recommend not only the house ...which is clean and equipped with everything you need...but I also recommend the hosts who are very kind.

Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

Nana is very hospitable, always in touch and ready to help, her brother met us and advised us on several places where you can go for lunch, the apartment is clean and very cozy, the apartment had everything you need for a long stay, next to the apartment there is a national park and a lake, there is also a beach nearby, we were satisfied with the accommodation, also Nana's brother took us to the bus station and helped us with suitcases, thank you :)

Thank you for hosting us. We enjoyed the apartment, if someone is looking for comfortable place to stay in Batumi- this one is definitely worth it. Nice and quiet location, close to the sea and mall + has everything needed for 1,2 weeks stay.

This place was incredible and special! Everything was perfect, Anna was brilliant host. I was there for work and could sit and work, seriously could not have asked for more. Every detail was taken care of thoughtfully. It was not a sterile hotel/airbandb or a cluttered home of someone else, it was beautiful and homely thank you !!

Wonderful, helpful hosts. Great location: there are a lot of shops nearby, Batumi mall, clinics, the sea Inside, it's comfortable and has all you need. In life, the studio feels even more spacious than it looks in the photo. Thank you very much

It was one of our best Airbnb stays and it stuck in our memory. I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said that the care Ms. Aylin showed to her guests was really 10 stars or something. There is a room and environment thought out to the finest detail, and there are two wonderful gardens in the front and back. The staff are so polite and caring, they spoiled us with Turkish coffee, tea time, cake cookies, etc. during our stay :) Breakfast was very sufficient, we really had a stay beyond our expectations. People who love their work really make a difference. Hope to see you again.

Extremely convenient to the major attractions, could see the blue mosque from my window so was able to wander over several times at different times of day. Walkable to Grand Bazaar, Spice Market , Cistern , Palace, Hagia Sophia….you do pay the price for being in the most popular tourist spot but if it’s your first time to Istanbul I highly recommend.

The place is amazing and chill. The food is also delicious and I am recommending it !!!

The map application took us to the weeping tree... It was very difficult to pass through the belts with the Jeep. I called Mr. Mehmet, he answered immediately; I realized I was in the wrong place. Again, the excitement was at its peak, I returned with the fear of not fitting. I parked the vehicle in an area where 3 vehicles could fit. We went down about 25-30 steps and the sea view was great. After the quick welcome and reception procedures; a spotless room with a PERFECT sea view. After a long time of driving, Mehmet immediately gave suggestions for food and sightseeing. Sleep in 2 doubles and fragrant sheets in Uncle Mustafa's place, accompanied by a wonderful view. At 05.30 in the morning, the seagulls woke us up, the sleep was so comfortable that we did not feel the need to go back to bed. In the spotless kitchen, the smell of brewed tea and pastries... Until the table was set, we would descend 25-30 steps to the rocks at the bottom of the sea, to smell the deep sea and to draw peace into us. Breakfast products are your sister's handmade, full of flies, full of satisfaction. Since 2004, her experience has peaked. Thank you for your hard work...

It is a beautiful place where you can go to the western and plateaus from the glass for the day to stay due to its location. The host responds quickly to your needs.

We love the place because of it’s stunning view of the old houses in safranbolu (night view is amazing when all the houses start to light up) as well as it’s close proximity with the bazaar! Another lovely thing is all the people in his place is so welcoming and friendly :):):) The house looks like the typical house in safran bazaar, the bed is soft enough, the bathroom is very clean tho a lil bit small, the amenities are all good (the towels and blankets are all clean <3 ). The breakfast served is so earthy and made us all felt like home. They have beautiful porch as well. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to be charmed in safran!

We first experienced it in the winter months, it was very nice. But the real taste of Mudanya and this place is in the spring. The room was very nice, an environment that met every need. It's a very quiet, but amazing sea view... you open your window in the morning and the light fog, herons and the fragrance of the sea immediately surround you. Breakfast is very successful, the service is friendly. There are unlimited facilities to walk or eat, a hotel fifteen minutes walk from IDO. Want to go to the Mudanya side? 3 minutes yurt, take the F1 bus from the back street, Armistice square in fifteen minutes! Such a calm but central location is very rare. We are very satisfied, we will visit again. Highly recommend

Hotel Marmara was amazing! The location was fantastic, just a 5-10 minutes walk from Haggia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast spread on the roof-top patio was varied and delicious, and everyone was super nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!
