Our place is on the second floor and have wood finishing, so we have a relatively low humidity level. Hostel located 400 meters away from the beach with a couple of parks surrounding it. There is Batumi Stadium in 0.8km and two shopping malls in less than a 1km. First bus stop you might need is in the front of the building and second is 100 meters away. Groceries is in the next building. Everything listed in amenities is free of charge. Except the lockers and electric dryer ;^)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. house is located near botanical garden and it's close to sea (around 200-300 meters), house is surounded by mix of tropical and georgian nature and only thing that will wake you up is bird noises)) it's perfect choise if you are tired from city chaos and want to rest and go at the beach. house is family friendly and pet friendly so feel free to bringing your little friends with you.
