Two-room cottage

A two-room cottage with a shared bathroom and air conditioning in the corridor. There are two separate listings for the rooms. A spacious yard with an outdoor summer kitchen, two large and one small table in the garden, a barbecue, a lounge bed, sun loungers and the option to pitch a tent. A beautiful sea panorama. Kabakum, the favourite beach of Varna residents, is 100 metres away, and the bus stops for Varna and Zlatni Pyasatsi are 50 metres away. 3 km from the Dentaprime dental clinic. Families with pets, motorcyclists, backpackers and travellers are all welcome.

The house has on the ground floor a living room, kitchen (open), bedroom and bathroom. Above the bedroom, under the roof, there is a sleeping space for 2-4 people (not recommended for children under 6 years old). The courtyard in front of the house has a large fig tree, green space with sun loungers and a covered space for dining. It's about 200 meters to the sea. The house is part of a property with two more buildings, each with a separate entrance and its own courtyard. The delimitation of the courtyards is, however, symbolic.
