Welcome to a real Danish cottage experience in the small coastal town of Fjand – in the middle of the distinctive dune landscape only 100 m from the water's edge of the North Sea. Here is high to the sky, peace and nature in long lanes. You live just 100 meters from the sea and the wide, white sandy beaches, where you can go for long walks, feel the wind in your hair and enjoy the raw, West Jutland landscape. The house is located in the middle of a natural area with fjord, lakes and dune plantation. The house is well suited for couples and families – and especially good for families with children.

Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).

Egen udgang fra køkkenet til terrassen, hvor du kan sætte dig med en kop kaffe og nyde roen til fuglesang. Der er køkken, to soveværelser, sofagruppe og spiseplads med skøn udsigt. Lejligheden er smagfuldt indrettet med borde lavet af planker fra egne elmetræer og plankedøre i bondestil. Økologisk bondegård med masser af biodiversitet. Medbring selv sengelinned og håndklæder. Bo naturskønt ved Sunds Sø med direkte adgang til søen og privat strand – tæt på Hernings mange aktiviteter. Sommerhuset er et oplagt valg, når I skal besøge messer, koncerter, sportsbegivenheder eller andre events i MCH Messecenter Herning, Jyske Bank Boxen og området omkring Herning. Efter en oplevelsesrig dag kan I slappe af i vildmarksbadet, nyde solnedgangen fra udestuen eller samles omkring bålet ved søen. I nærheden finder I restaurant Søgaarden, minigolf og gode gåture langs søen.

Relax in this unique and scenic cottage with panoramic views of the water, Toftum Bjerge and the small harbor in Remmerstrand. The different ceiling heights and intimate spaces create a charming and cozy atmosphere in the old fisherman's house. Towards the water, there is an orangery/sun room and a terrace with a private path directly down to the beach. The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset in the evening.

Huset varmes op med varmepumpe og brændeovn. I huset er der adgang til opvaskemaskine, microovn, vaskemaskine, lille depotrum med, stole, højstol, tørrestativ og puslepude. Der er fjernsyn m. parabol og internet. Trampolin og gyngestativ i haven 300 meter fra huset finder du en børnevenlig strand, meget velegnet til surfere.

In the scenic Grærup beach is our well-maintained 95 m2 cottage. There are new, lovely south and west-facing terraces with various garden furniture. The beach is only 500 m away. The house is suitable for families with small children - sandpit and playground as well as shelter. No pets, no smoking house. From the west-facing terraces there is a direct view of the plantation.
