The unique location creates the perfect setting for a peaceful and memorable holiday. Cozy surroundings and great comfort Inside, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, while the dishwasher takes care of the practical tasks, allowing you to spend more time together. Sleeping arrangements are divided into two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two three-quarter beds. The house exudes coziness, and from the windows you can enjoy lovely views of the surrounding dune landscape. On the first floor, you are even treated to a beautiful sea view – a rare luxury offered by only a few holiday homes. On cooler days, light the wood-burning stove and enjoy the soothing warmth and crackling flames that create a truly cozy ambiance. The bathroom features underfloor heating, adding extra comfort in the morning. In addition, a washing machine is available, making it easier to manage laundry during your stay. Sheltered terrace with stunning views Outside, a screened terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax and take in the open dune landscape. The terrace is positioned to enjoy sunshine for most of the day. On warm summer evenings, it is ideal to fire up the barbecue and end the day with delicious food and cold drinks, while the sound of the North Sea provides the perfect backdrop. Close to beach, town life, and experiences The beach is located just about 200 meters from the holiday home, making it easy to enjoy spontaneous trips to the water – both in summer and autumn. The North Sea is always impressive, no matter the season. With its central location in Søndervig, everything is within walking distance. Fresh bread from the bakery, café visits, and dining out can all be enjoyed on foot. The surrounding area also offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities, and the well-developed network of paths makes it ideal to explore the beautiful surroundings by bike or on foot.

2-storey house built in 2006 close to a historic market town. The house is located in the countryside, 50 m from Ringkøbing Fjord and 400 m from Ringkøbing city. Large enclosed and fenced garden with play tools, wilderness bath and shelter, orchard and herb bed, which may be used. Behind the house there is a nature area with a trail system, playground and a towable ferry. 12 km to Søndervig and the North Sea, 26 km to Hvide Sande with a fishing port, 8 km to Stauning Whisky, 2 golf courses within 12 km, Legoland and Givskud Zoo approx. 1 hour's drive

Cleaning is included in the price. Electric charging stations are 2 km from the house. Unique, well-equipped holiday apartment of approx. 50 m2. 1.5 km to the North Sea. Unique garden, fantastic views of the dunes and Stadil Fjord. Breeding kestrels in the garden, large bird migration in spring/autumn and a high viewpoint. The garden is undisturbed and has many lovely nooks with garden furniture and barbecue. The house contains a combined living room/kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with two beds. June, July, August are rented from Saturday to Saturday.

Fantastic quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and cycling routes, surfing, paddle boarding etc. possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor nooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where at least 2 people can easily sleep. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 subboards and an inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one who empties the bottle refills it :-).

Our beautiful cottage is located in the heart of Søndervig. If you want to be able to park the car and get to everything on foot or by bike, this house is just right. The house is on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is an older back entrance/laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen/living room/hallway and bathroom from 2018, which is cozy decor and which is conducive to relaxation. From the kitchen there is direct access to the enclosed garden. The 1st floor contains 3 bedrooms overlooking the city and fjord.

The house has been refurbished with a new kitchen and a huge glass section, so you are sitting in the middle of the sea grass in this unique and quiet home. The main house has an open kitchen - living room, 4 beds, wood stove, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Associated annex with additional 4 beds, kitchenette, living room and bathroom.

Der er fjernsyn m. parabol og internet. Trampolin og gyngestativ i haven 300 meter fra huset finder du en børnevenlig strand, meget velegnet til surfere.
