Cannot fault this place. Feels brand-new, decorated very well with minimal clutter but enough to feel homely, all the extra bits you need like washing up liquid and tea towels. Absolutely spotlessly clean, great size garden with decking tables and chairs, children’s playhouse and swing. In a very peaceful area, easy to find, double parking. Big TV in their lovely comfortable lounge with access to Netflix and BBC iPlayer amongst others. Plenty of bathrooms, beds really comfortable, lots of lovely toiletries and a fabulous welcome basket on arrival with crisps, sweet treats and a bottle of Prosecco. We honestly cannot fault this accommodation or the hosts, would 100% recommend. We hope to visit again very soon.

From the moment we booked the commiunation from John was great. Very nice accomodation it had everything we needed .The location was perfect - within walking distance from the train station. the house was in very good condition and spotless .Thanks John we'll deffo recommend you to others.😊

i have really nice stay here. It's peaceful and quiet. I never thought I enjoyed so much in Birkenhead. Lots of necessary things available nearby area. Have free car parking. No jamn no stress. Street is yours. All amneties provided is complete and same with advertised. Nice beds and simple facilities provided. 15 mins walking to Hamilton Square if you intend to go to Liverpool City. I wouldn't mind staying here again as I feel home here by staying for a week.

This was the second time that we have stayed in the last year. An absolutely great base for me and family to visit Liverpool and Chester. Loved our stay and we will probably be back

Perfect stay for 2 people and our little dog! Location was great for where we knew we were going to be visiting. Comfy beds and ample room for 2 people (might be a squeeze for any more than 2!) excellent communication and easy check in/out!

came here for a wedding brining the two dogs. garden was large and secure. felt a comfortable place to stay and get ready. loads of good walks down to the nature reserve for the dogs. plenty of local pubs and restaurants.

we loved our stay in private, quiet and pretty surroundings. Good local rail connections with easy access to Liverpool and surrounding areas. lots of goodies left for us which was a lovely touch with a well equipped kitchen. Angela was so helpful and kind. can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, spacious and clean flat in great location at a very reasonable price. All necessities required for our stay were provided. Simon met us for check-in and showed us round. Would happily return if ever in Liverpool again.

Jane's apartment is fantastic! It's spacious, beautifully furnished and has wonderful views. Four of us stayed for one night and found it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a nice walk along the prom and found a handy pub to have a good lunch in. The city centre is within easy reach with good transport connections. We were made to feel at home by Jane and the cold beers in the fridge on arrival were most welcome! Thank you. Her communication and instructions were excellent from the moment we booked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Liverpool. Highly Recommended!

Gorgeous basement flat, stylish, clean, warm, with plenty of everything you could need. Corrine and Mark were so welcoming and friendly. We had great weather and it was so joyful to sit in a beautiful and much loved garden with my dad, enjoying a coffee in the sunshine. Couldn't have been more convenient for everything that I needed access to, including a walk to to the prom in the morning sunshine. Highly recommend and look forward to further stays.

Great modern property overlooking the beach and with views of Liverpool and life on the Mersey. The dog loved looking out the French doors to the street and beach below….our garden clearly not as interesting since we returned! We chose this property due to the beach side location but was also easy to access Anfield for the Bruce Springsteen concert (we chose to Uber but train would also have been a good option). Off-road parking with assigned bay was also an added bonus. Our only issue was that we struggled to operate the (very modern) oven but our techno-savvy daughter was able to rescue us before we had to ask for help! A great stay and we shall definitely return again.

We would prefer to keep this place secret as it was so good. Beautiful rural location and yet close to main roads and easy to find. The gardens are extensive and well kept with easy off street parking. The accommodation is spacious with full size kitchen large shower room with power shower and hand held shower head so you can wash those nether regions. No single dowser here. The bed is comfortable and there is also a walk in wardrobe / office. It took us 2 days to find something that was not provided. No wall clock in the kitchen but there were clocks on the oven and microwave so who cares. Simply to say there is every thing that you need. We really enjoyed staying here.

Kara's apartment listing was perfect for us. Excellent location, well appointed & spotlessly clean. We were staying in Merseyside for 4 nights and the location was excellent. Liverpool city centre is 20 minutes away on the nearby Metro. There are other public transport options also (literally) on the doorstep that can take you into town or can help you explore the North Wirral country park & Dee Estuary. The beach is a 15 minute walk away & Hoylake, West Kirby etc are also easily accessible. We also had a car & the off street parking is a real bonus. Kara's listing is a generous, homely & comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended .

We had a great stay in West Kirby at Janet's place. So easy to visit friends and family at the Wirral, while also having quick access to Liverpool city center via Merseyrail. Would definitely stay again when we come back to the UK!

My mum & I had a great stay at Sue's- it was a lovely flat to relax in, very peaceful & comfortable. We love the area and enjoyed having vibrant Lark Lane and the park on our doorstep. We had everything we could need, the beds were comfy & the bathrooms very clean, great shower etc. The welcome treats were much appreciated!

Amar was very helpful with instruction for checking in & checking out. Good location. Would stay here again

Nicolas was a wonderful and very helpful host. He greeted us on time and with great courtesy, and we truly appreciated his flexibility with our arrival time. The apartment was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well. The location couldn’t have been better—close to both the bus and train stations, which made getting around super easy. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would gladly book again if we get the chance.

Craig was very responsive and the flat is very conveniently located, so a quick walk from the train station and to the docks.

Fantastic place to stay in lovely West Kirby. Feltlike a real home from home, with everything we could have wanted provided for us. Lynn was great, suggesting things to do etc. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay, a comfortable apartment with a lovely view of the marina. It was very peaceful but just 20 minutes walk from all the main waterfront attractions. Parking was easy and Sarah was a helpful and responsive host.
