The flat has a beautiful view. It was easy to pick up the keys and there’s an NCP parking very close to the flat. The flat was initially slightly dirty and some maintenance issues such as broken shower head and stained walls, which was addressed to the host and they handled the situation really well. We had a great time, thank you :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay at Livingway Liverpool! We had an amazing Valentine’s night at Livingway in Liverpool! The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully set up—just perfect for the occasion. One of the biggest highlights for us was that it’s pet-friendly, meaning we could bring our dog along, which made the stay even better. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was incredible. We were greeted with a personalised card and a lovely bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic—friendly and welcoming—giving us a guided tour of the facilities and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooftop jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the evening, adding that extra bit of luxury to our stay. Overall, we couldn’t fault a thing! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay on a night out in Liverpool, we’d highly recommend it!

Great stay over Easter! The studio was clean, comfy, and right in the heart of Liverpool—walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and attractions. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. Would recommend!

Lovely apartment, extremely clean and beautifully furnished. Best hairdryer I’ve ever used (GHD)! We had a little trouble finding the entrance and the lovely guy at check in came out to the street to find us. The location is perfect, so close to Albert dock. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Lapis room. If you are a light sleeper I’d suggest ear plugs as there is a gate nearby for residents that gets opened and closed at night (not too many times though) and early-ish delivery vans. Normal to heavy sleepers won’t have a problem.

Needed student housing for a week between leases. This provided everything I needed, was quick and easy to check in and out, was really clean and a great place to stay.

Melissa’s duplex was perfect, spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. We had a tennis competition nearby so the location was great, and lovely to have a parking space. Would definitely stay again for the same competition next year

This place was beautiful and the perfect stay! Ladeji was incredibly accommodating and even offered a late check out so I could grab a bite to eat before my flight. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Very lively area and walkable to everything, also right next to the arndale!

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Sam was an amazing host. The place was clean, homey and in a perfect location. Even though it’s close to a big road the place was quiet and you’re in the heart of the city after a few minutes walk. The place felt safe, was clean and she even made sure we had some simple breakfast items at hand :) loved it and would stay again!

Great flat, in an ideal location to get to the centre! Flat was spotless when we arrived, Dan allowed us early check in at 2pm for the price of £20 which was helpful. Dan was very communicative and helpful as well. My only suggestion for a booking would be that there’s no curtains, just blinds in the bedrooms so I would recommend taking a sleep/eye mask if the light bothers you in the mornings, but that is just me picking at the tiniest thing which does not reflect on the quality of the flat at all! If you can get booked into this flat I’d take it!

Fantastic stay! The apartment was amazing, stylish and in a prime location in Manchester. The host was incredibly responsive and gave great local tips. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Amazing stay! The location was spot on, the room had everything I needed and Sharon? Absolute legend. Friendly, helpful and probably the only person who could make checking in feel like catching up with an old friend. 11/10 would stay again even just for the vibes.

Great location, waking distance from the Stadium, but in a very quiet neighborhood! The apartment is very nice and everything was spot clean; Francisco was helpful and responsive.

Tonika communicated well while i traveled across the country through holiday traffic. The place was clean and friendly and the room was cosy and quite with a clean shared bathroom. No issues on my stay. Not bad price considering the bank holiday.

Ishtar and Pete offered us a very friendly and warm welcome indeed to their home, a wonderful space and opportunity to relax and unwind. The accommodation is absolutely as described - clean, colourful, very quirky and interesting with lots of great energy. We parked right outside and there were lovely touches like our own tea and coffee making facilities and towels that are offered. Lots of media options available - TV with loads of films to choose from, books to read if you like and also DVDs. Ishtar and Pete will offer lots of great local knowledge and recommendations for places to go, eat and see if you need them. Their location means easy links into central Liverpool by train, although New Brighton is very appealing in itself with lots to do and see, interesting history and also upcoming from a culture perspective. We visited a local art exhibition and chatted to local artists, took in the interesting street art that is all over New Brighton, went “mermaid hunting” and had a really tasty Sunday lunch after our Wirral half marathon event at a locally sourced restaurant which was only a couple of streets away that Ishtar kindly recommended to us. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the promenade and lighthouse for beautiful sunset walks and dinner/coffee. Comfy and relaxed weekend - even with our half marathon included! Thanks again Ishtar and Pete. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I have just returned from an absolutely fantastic weekend staying at Sian’s place. We had originally booked another location with a different host but wasn’t as expected. I contacted Sian to see if this property was available and she was super helpful and had the property ready in 2 hours! The property is a home from home based in a great location near to the bus stop into the city and local bars and restaurants nearby. We took our furbaby with us too and there is a gorgeous park 10 min walk away from the property. Will definitely be booking again ! Sian really made us feel welcome and was truly a fantastic host. Thank you Sian 😊

Tim is an incredibly kind and helpful person. Staying at his home was an absolute pleasure. If we get the chance, we will definitely come back!

Barry and Chris are hands down the best hosts I have tried and will try, super friendly, accommodating, flexible and helpful. They have two big dogs so if you are terrified of dogs, then I wouldn’t recommend it though, however they are super friendly so there really is nothing to worry about. The hot tub is great, outdoor bar is cozy and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We shared a couple beers with Barry and Chris and their friends, and they were all very nice and a lot of laughs were also shared. So to sum up, thanks for everything Barry and Chris, we will definitely be returning:)
