From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Our 3 floor house is a spacious, comfortable and very bright house surrounded by water, in the middle of nature reserve with lots of privacy. Get on the sup or in the canoe and enjoy the water, nature, wildlife and the wide view! There is plenty of work space with super fast Internet. The house is fully equipped. The famous shopping center Bataviastad is nearby, as well as downtown, theater and historical sites. By car you can reach Amsterdam within 40 minutes.

De Houseboot: Kingfisher ligt in het Veluwemeer met volle uitzicht over het meer richting het Hansestadje Elburg. Voor de natuurliefhebber een walhalla! Vogels als Meerkoeten, Zwanen, IJsvogels, Kuifeenden zwemmen voor de boot om zich te voorzien van voedsel in het ondiepe water voor de boot. Fietsen, wandelen het bos in aan de andere kant van de dijk. historie opsnuiven in de polder of diverse attracties in de buurt bezoeken. Hier is voor ieder wat te doen.
