Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. The indoor and covered outdoor living spaces are perfect for relaxing, fire up the BBQ, or pluck the strings of the acoustic guitar if you're so inclined.
