Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Benito Juárez

We had a great stay at Pablo’s place. There was lots of space for each guest. Each guest had their own bathroom, which was necessary and made getting ready to hit the streets each day much easier. We had exactly what we needed to prepare meals and Walmart was nearby. Enrique (manager) was friendly, attentive, and resourceful. He responded in a timely fashion and provided great customer service from check in to check out and in between. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families and a girls or guys trip! Enjoy your stay!

Wish I had more time to craft a review befitting of Leon's awesome place. We spent a month there and it was just lovely. My favorite part of the house were the brick dome ceilings. unique and beautiful. If / when we go back to Cancun I'll be trying to stay here. Before I got there I couldn't figure out how the house could sleep 9 people, but it totally can. The main house has one large ensuite bedroom and two other large rooms with lots of comfortable loung-y furniture that could easily sleep 6 people. Then there are two separate apartments with their own ensuite bathrooms. You access these two apartments through the beautiful central courtyard that connects the main house and apartments. Of note, the main house has a second full bathroom that visitors or other guests can use. Location. The house was close to restaurants, the gym, the main mall (Plazas Americas), large grocery stores like Walmart and Chedraui, and a lab - random but super convenient when I got sick. Most things are walkable and taxis are easy to flag. You will be in real neighborhood with a park just up the street. There was a Taco stand just up the block so it was easy to get a breakfast taco if we wanted. We were in town for personal reasons that didn't involve going back and forth to the beach, so I can't comment on that. Speaking of real neighborhoods, there was some kind of club or bar that played music at night. It was noticeable but not loud. I'm a light-ish sleeper and was able to sleep just fine. Responsiveness. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay but Leon was SUPER responsive and got things fixed immediately. For example the water in Cancun is really hard and crystallized in one of the shower heads so the pressure got weak. Leon came right over and fixed it. Same for the washing machine. He had someone come in the next morning and when they couldn't fix it, he took our laundry to a professional laundering service and covered the cost. I could say more but I think you get the gist. I loved it and would stay again.

leticia's house has everything you need for a large group of people. It is well connected to the main and super quiet streets. I recommend it if you rented a car since it is retired from the city. The space is spacious, cozy and quite comfortable, the great thing is that it connects directly to a mini super where you can do quick shopping for cravings. The pool is very spacious and there are comfortable chairs to relax for a while outside. highly recommended 👌

House is nicely decorated and kinda mix of minimalist design with tropical decorations and overall tropical vibe. Frontyard pool with grill right next to it is perfect place for afternoon chillout and dinner time. Backyard with fire pit is perfect for late night chill with drinks. Neighbourhood was a bit tricky to find as Google Maps tend to have some problems with few roads around Cancun, but Lucias tips how to get to house were very helpful, just navigate to that SIX grocery store and from there head up North and soon you’ll see security gate heading to neighbourhood - you’ll save a lot of time and avoid some tricky roads. Neighbourhood is quiet and peacefull, no need to worry about safety. Plus very kind and welcoming security 🙏🏻. I really liked that authentic mexican experience, away from tourism, blend in between locals and enjoy yourself privately. House is close to highway so getting out of Cancun was easy and quick, perfect for exploring Yucatán Just like we did. Thank you

This is a great all around choice for your stay in Cancun! Extremely clean and spacious with great amenities. The location is great - right by all the action in the Hotel Zone, including the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Also located right behind to 2 great restaurants and a convenient store. All while maintaining a private feeling. Caty is a great host who responds to all questions and checks in to offer assistance. The security staff are friendly and helpful as well.

The house is spacious and cozy, ideal for relax. Communication with the host was great, always attentive and very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Great home away from home in good location.

We stayed 5 days in Veronica's apartment, the place is just like the photos, nice, simple, comfortable. The arrival was very easy with the instructions and Narda was always ready for our arrival. The area is quiet, it is necessary to be with car pq is away, the beach is nice and private, there are beds and Sebastian is very friendly and is attentive to what you need. The view of the balcony is spectacular and sleeping with the sound of the sea is great. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. There is air conditioning but the truth by just opening the windows runs the air and it is not necessary to turn them on. An excellent place and highly recommended to spend a few quiet days! We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Close to the hotel zone and peaceful property. Loved our evening walks in the golf course behind Las Gaviotas.

We had a great stay. Looked like pictures and location was good with easy access to buses and ferry that take you all around. We didn’t like the closest beach but that wasn’t problem because bus stop is so close and buses are so cheap and running every 2 mins. We went every day to different locations which was great. We felt very safe and comfortable. Water pressure for showers is not great but that wasn’t big problem but took ages to wash my hair. Price was great and we would stay again.

A magical place, that's the right description, it's comfortable, and private. It has temazcal and massage services complement it perfectly. A very close cenote. The cabins are top notch, cleanliness, order, space. The pool is the plus, a chapuson and continuing with the experiences that the ranch offers you. Exquisite food and drink. And the hostess is very friendly and is attentive at all times, it is completely worth what is paid for and I will not hesitate to return soon and bring friends and family. Literal is a getaway from the outside with every comfort to enjoy and rest.

Excellent hosts! I feel at home, very comfortable place, my family loved the beautiful place. The temazcal a unique experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! Both Karen and Antonio were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to help us figure out transportation to and from the Airbnb since we didn’t have a car. We especially enjoyed the private cenote and the proximity to many other cenotes along the main road. Overall an amazing experience, we are so happy to have stayed there!

Lovely place very clean!

Beautiful place in the jungle, although I was baffled to find the bathroom shower without palapa protection or of some kind, and it touched me cold season. The water from the shower was also cold and the local temperature, low. I think they would have to improve those details, to keep it a top notch.

The place was really beautiful and peaceful. I am so happy to have been able to spend a night here to unwind. Everything went smoothly, the actual cabin was lovely, nicely decorated and just a very zen environment with incredibly lovely hosts. I definitely want to return. Highly recommend.
