Nancy is a great host, she was always attentive to the needs and communication was very good with her! We'll definitely be back to stay with her!! The apartment is very nice too! Super recommended

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb just steps away from the beach! The location couldn't have been better. The host, Augustin, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. He made check-in smooth and answered any questions I had right away. You can tell he really cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location, right on the beach, convenience stores next door, supermarket and mall across the street. Walkable to many restaurants, busses run up and down all the time.

Great location! Home was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We had a great time in Cancun and this home was perfect for our family of five. Hosts were very communicative and always responded when reaching out to them. We recommend this beautiful home for families.

well......the pictures don't do it justice this place is amazing. Gaby's place is about as private as you can get in the area, while there arent any views from the place you feel secure and can relax in the beautiful pool with no worries from the outside world. The house is also absolutely spotless. older building but easily one the cleanest places we have ever stayed. All the amenities you could need. All shopping centers and restaurants are within a 4 min walk with a convenience store literally 200m away. We noticed the prices for restaurants were substantially cheaper than places like Playa as well. Gaby was also extremely responsive with all our questions an needs should you have any. will definitely return.

The listing is as described and very convenient. The very playful arrival of clear explanations. Perfectly matches a useful space for families or groups of friends. The recovery points for bus activities are not far away which is very convenient. Congratulations to Raul and Elisa who made sure by message that the stay went as smoothly as possible. Very nice place. Great location

Our group had an amazing time at Daniel’s place. The beach is beautiful and the rooms each come with their own AC system so everybody sleeps comfortably. We spent a week here and it was great, the location is very close to a go mart. The bus stop to the main hotel zone or downtown is less than a 5 min walk. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again!

Martha was away my week but her daughter was filling in . I loved everything about the place . Would have loved a bigger pool can’t exactly swim in the cocktail pool but you can go in and cool off would be perfect for kids ! Her Airbnb is super cute ! I was able to have local friends come visit and just hang out ! And the dogs omg her dogs are the cutest ! She allowed me to let them out and they stayed with me the whole time I loved it ! I will 100% return again !

Stephanie’s casita was a great spot for the night before our flight out of CUN. She met us upon arrival, and took the time to walk us thru the property (including a tour of their beautiful gardens). Bed was comfy, and unit itself was cute and well maintained. We were able to find a nice restaurant and a bakery with the host’s direction. Great little family (met Stephanie’s mom) run property. Uber from this location to catch our flight was ~ $7 USD/10 minute drive.

This was the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! This place had everything we needed, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, the mall, the park, etc. very short uber ride to beaches in the hotel zone. The pool was great, and the atmosphere was overall peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

This home is beautiful and in a great location! The beach and lots of restaurants and shopping are very close. We loved that we were able to park inside a gated area so our car felt safe. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. We also loved the included filtered water. Just a note, there are lots of concrete stairs inside the unit so we had to pay close attention to our 1 year old, it may also be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to this area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carlos condo. It was so clean and right next to the bus stop. We enjoyed hopping in the bus to go to various locations for fun. The beach was beautiful and the pools and hot tubs were fantastic!!!

I'm leaving very happy, the house is very comfortable and allows you to enjoy your time when returning from the beach in the pool. The host was very helpful at all times. Highly recommend 🫶🏻

Everything was excellent, Luis' service, the location, I only see one disadvantage, to enter the subdivision they ask for the security registration and you have to make a huge line, sometimes it reaches the seven, from there everything else was incredible

Manuel is a good host and the house is located in a safe, beautiful place with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Everything was very clean and quite central, I would definitely stay there again.
