i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

Very nice place easy to access

Marcela Patricia was kind enough to let us check-in early. Check-in was very easy. She was very responsive to inquiries. The water pressure of the showers was not the best, but it still got the job done. We still loved this place and would rebook it in the future.

Claudia, she was very kind and attentive to us, she was on the lookout, she oriented us with certain doubts, the apartment was really cozy, with all the amenities, we felt right at home, it was like about 35 minutes from the hotel area, but I had several supermarkets nearby, I also had many tickets to get to the condominium, we spent Christmas and new year and had the detail of bringing us a memory (wine, treats, chocolates, etc.) I had everything we needed. The truth we are coming back without a doubt!!!

Excellent apartment. The location for us was the best, the facilities are new and well maintained. Low noise. They accept pets, which was very important to us. Thank you very much Mike for your service, which was excellent. I highly recommend it.

everything was perfect just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean is as described. very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I stop by

Everything was excellent!! The arrival instructions were clear and even allowed us to store our luggage in advance and we are very grateful. Few hosts currently allow it. They welcomed us and showed us the amenities of the apartment. The truth is we were delighted with the apartment, the pool, the very quiet area and if you don't have a car you can move around at all times on route 1 or Uber, The host also made some recommendations. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. The pool is huge, we rested very well and you can certainly feel that they strive to keep everything good for their guest and I insist that we are grateful. Don't hesitate to book it, believe me it will be worth it. As mentioned, the Xailing pier to Isla Mujeres is right in front. Another thing is that it also has a washing machine with clear instructions for use. I confirm that I totally recommend the accommodation.

the house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly,attentive at all times,the bathrooms are impeccable with clean,a shopping center fences ,in general ,everything was excellent ,thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

The place is really cute. Feels like I’m staying at my gmas house. It was definitely an authentic Mexico house. Nothing fancy. Pros- gated, pool, local restaurants and mini store, AC in rooms, water somewhat warm, stove was great. Fans were a big save. Pillows were nice. Cons- a few bugs (4) were killed. Dishes are outdated and blender was dirty. I had to pull it apart to clean the buildup that was in the blade area. It’s hot in the living room area. The patio furniture is outdated. Beds are more on the harder side. No blankets just sheets. Again- I loved the stay for the most part because it felt like a normal Mex home but I was not looking for a fancy stay with this one.

The room was a a described and clean! The host was very accommodating and responsive to questions/concerns. The location is ideal for someone that is looking to feel like a local. It’s in a friendly neighborhood, near nice cafes and coffee shops! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to do a big shop. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Beach directly at the door as well as restaurants, market

excellent airbnb and feels like a 4 star hotel with less rules and restrictions. however the wifi is slow so what's app works and not social media websites. it seems the wifi has to much pressure on it or something. however I still recommend this place. the check in is a big process however there is tough security which gives you the feeling of saftey. remember this is a house number 23 not an apartment it is a house and is the top floor . the big front brown door is open and unlocked so open the big brown house exterior door and you will locate the keyboard inside the unit of your Airbnb, thought I will mention. the Airbnb is huge , spacious and the biggest washroom and shower I have ever experienced it is a great airbnb

Beautiful accommodation, met all expectations. Super central and in front of Caracol beach. The hotel area centre is very close and the bus stop is also.

This was our first time in Mexico and we loved the location. It was a 14 minute walk from the ADO station and it was very pretty. Uber picks you up at the area and there is an OXXO station close as well. The markets are close to. The bathroom was great and super clean, toilet water pressure is low but it still worked fine. The keys weren’t in the box as soon as we got there but as soon as we messaged the host they opened the door/super quick response time! Max the dog is precious/ he’s not loose but you can still see him at the gated door and he’s adorable. Would recommend for people who are going to be out most of the day/ we were out until evening then came back slept and off again the next day. 10/10😁

As a traveler that has been to Cancun many times, the apartment is a great lunch pad to explore Cancun, close to the airport and about 20 min from “zona hotelera”. I definitely recommend Louis’s apartment to other Airbnb guest.
