Very well located apartment in a very nice area, spacious, tidy, safe, comfortable, easy to access, a few meters from public transport stops, restaurants and supermarkets and beaches a few minutes walk. Adequate value for money and totally in accordance with the description and photos published. The hosts are always attentive, very kind and provide information. In short, recommended.

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to do a big shop. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Zair's place was great! It was exactly what I needed for a week long stay. Playa Caracol was just a walk away (although Sargassum season is no joke). Nearby all the night life if thats what you're interested in, but you dont hear ANY of the noise (you can literally just stumble home). UBERS do work in Mexico, so its an easy uber away to all of the malls, restaurants, other beaches (I recommend Playa Langosta - very expansive, lots of space to put down a towel and just relax OR get on the ferry to Isla Mujeres - MUST DO). The unit Itself was very chill. The AC was very cold, the blinds blocked out the sun. Theres plenty of spare blankets around the unit to layer if you're too cold. Shower pressure was great. The only thing that was kinda difficult was the hot plate/stove thing. Difficult to use/understand. Other than that, really great stay. There is someone at the front desk all the time, It felt very safe. Walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants. Zair was wonderful!

This is the second time I have stayed in Yuliana's apartment, with the payment of $100 pesos per person for the use of the facilities. It is an excellent option since we were able to join the games they do in the pool and get a discount for food tickets. The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much, we will definitely return again. Thank you for everything, Yuliana.

What a great place! Right on the beach! My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere away from the hotel zone, and Frankie’s place was perfect! He helped us with directions to the hotel and showed us around when we got there. The room is just as described. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Caribbean right outside your door! Frankie recommended a place called Flamingos, about a mile away, for dinner and it was amazing. We had local caught fish cooked to order and excellent cocktails at our table on the beach. Thank you Frankie for making our short stay one we will always remember!

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to have a relaxing vacation and we found everything we were looking for and more in Marina's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is very well located with close by shopping mall, Soriana, OXXO, pharmacy and even a hospital just across the street from the condominium. Just outside the apartment doors is a nice view of the ocean and you have 3 jacuzzies and a big pool with enough beach chairs and umbrellas to take the sun and relax. Marina is an amazing very responsive host who is always available if you need help with anything. We would definitely come back to have another nice and relaxing holiday at Marina's apartment. Thanks Marina for everything and we look forward to come back to your beautiful apartment in the near future. All the best!

Excellent place to relax and have a good stay, the security guard a little careless when receiving but from there on everything was perfect, the pool clean and the place not to mention. ✨

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Loft with access to a very nice beach, the pool is very nice and having the restaurant right there was very useful, everything was very tasty. One advantage was having the hotel laundry service at an extra cost. The proximity to the airport helped a lot to avoid complications when leaving, and you can get to the centre easily and cheaply by public transport. The beach, although with a lot of waves, has areas where you can be without problems, and the loft is close to other public beaches. Mariana always responded quickly and politely and resolved any doubts and requests very well. Thank you very much for everything

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

It is a very beautiful, clean accommodation and the host is very friendly and was always attentive. The place has a lot of security so it is very quiet to be in the common areas of the accommodation. The apartment has all the amenities, from kitchen utensils to toilet paper and purified water. Very clean apartment, clean sheets and towels, impeccable kitchen and bathroom. The air conditioners are working perfectly. The flexibility with the arrival time is greatly appreciated since we arrived at night and the entrance was no problem. The accommodation is close to the hotel area of Cancun, near the ferry that goes to Isla Mujeres, the Parque de las Palapas, the center of Cancun and the shopping malls. It has a parking space so the car is in a very safe place. The security guards are very friendly. The photographs do not do justice to how beautiful the view of this accommodation is, we had an excellent stay. 100% recommended.

I was quite surprised by the place in terms of services and surroundings. The apartment provided things I didn't think it would provide because it was an AirBnB, but it felt like a hotel. The location was very good and the price of this apartment makes it better. However, what surprised me the most was the view—I think the view is one of the best in the area, since I could not only see the city, its colours at night and the parties that were going on, but also the sea and its distinctive colours during the day. You'd think that being next to the most important clubs in Cancun, the place would be noisy, but the truth is we hardly heard the music unless we opened the door to the balcony. Very good place!

Best bang for your buck, nice sized rooms, balcony, amazing roof top for tanning and swimming. Literally across from playa tortugas where you can take ultramar ferry to isla mujeres and enjoy playa norte. Close enough to the night life and new shopping center. 10/10 would recommend if you want stay within a certain budget.
