We had a great stay at Tamy's place and could not recommend it enough. It was very comfortable for 5 adults for a four-night stay. Tamy provided drinking water and coffee which was super helpful. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop terrace. The pool area has lots of seating, but be sure to head down early if you want to sit in the shade or at the beach. The poolside restaurant has a huge variety of food and drinks, and the convenience store next to the security guard station is well equipped. OXXO is right across the street if you need anything additional. Everyone entering the property has to be checked in by a security guard, so we felt extremely safe. We did have some issues with the elevator working one day, so be sure to carry the emergency key with you just in case. If you are looking for a great local restaurant, head across the street to Navios. Everything on the menu was so delicious, we went back twice. Thank you, Tamy, we had a great stay!

Nice, clean, great for its closeness to ocean and downtown Cancun. We became expert city bus riders! Only 60 cents to ride the bus downtown. Ocean water was the perfect temperature even though we were here in January. My only complaint would be someone upstairs had a little kid who rose up early in the mornings

Place corresponding to the photos, easy to get to and access, better to rent a car because the distances that seem minimal on the map are actually important, and taxis always take advantage of tourists. However, great location in the hotel area, 5 minutes by car from the most modern shopping centers and 15 minutes from Cancun Airport

Our family had a great week at the Westin Lagunamar! The 2BR suite was very spacious, the staff really nice/helpful, and the resort is in a great location with nice pool/beach area. Short walk to the mall across the street, where there many good restaurants and shops. Great family vacation!

It was a very pleasant place to stay, I like that Alado has a coffee for breakfast. The very good installation, has several amenities that it describes. And very close to ADO.

This experience was grand & full of spectacular service. The minute you book with Benjamín you are outstandingly well communicated with him until your final moment of the trip. I was mesmerized by the service I had all the way through. You really get all inclusive to the resort and all amenities! I would come back to this stay over & over & I highly recommend it to the world! The place is very luxurious as it shows in the pictures & even more until you get to your room! This has been my greatest experience on Air Bnb. Patricia and her family and friendly people and they welcomed me in their home like I always belonged there. I highly recommend her house. If you are looking for a peaceful and safe place to stay, this is the right address. She provided me with everything I needed during my stay. Good restaurants, places to visit, where to buy groceries etc. The dogs are lovely and you will fall in love with them (if you love animals) ❤️ Best address in Cancun if you want a host who knows the area and the good spots. You are insane if you not book this place.

Very close to the airport, that's what made us book this accommodation on our last night in Cancun. It was not difficult to find the place since the coordinates were accurate, but it is an area with a lot of country houses, unpaved streets and there is not much cleaning and maintenance by the municipality, which gave us a little anxiety until we found the accommodation. The place is nice, the room was very good and the restaurant there solves the need to eat something without having to leave since there is not much in the area, the prices are good. They asked us for a taxi that took us to the airport at dawn, all well coordinated.

Very good place, a few meters from the park of the palapas. Only the electric grill is for induction but it does not have the necessary pans so it complicates its use. Clean and very comfortable pool space.
