Holiday rentals with a patio in Benicàssim

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available that is needed for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few metres away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and biscuits, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its lovely landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

Willem told us perfectly how to get there and waited for us at the door, he also had the thoughtfulness of leaving us mini croissants and the apartment had everything you need for a perfect stay.

Very nice and spacious apartment, right on the beach. The beach is very good with grass and sand, being comfortable if you don't want to stain yourself with sand. On the other hand, the terrace is spacious and with an ocean view. Juan Luis has always been attentive at all times, responding quickly and always being very kind and flexible.

A great house to go as a couple, the views from the terrace are great seeing the beach and the mountains. It is fully equipped. The pool is very good in front of the beach. The area is quiet, it also has a garage space. As a good detail I liked the good smell of the bath towels and as a detail to improve it was that in the closet I had another set of bed linen echa a burruño and it was not known if they were clean or dirty, so we do not use them, otherwise everything very well.

We enjoyed the time in chilches, it is very close to the beach, well maintained and by car you are quickly in Valencia or Peníscola which is definitely worth a day visit. The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos and well clean.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We spent a few days with friends and felt right at home. The house was very clean and tidy, had plenty of kitchen utensils and an outside barbecue with option to make paella. Beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. There are many paths to walk without traffic and a park for the children very close by. Thierry was attentive and available at all times. We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

Everything went great, the host allowed us to check in early without any hesitation. It was very important because we were with the children and crossed the far way. The apartment corresponds to its description, has everything you need. Of special importance is the terrace, which is large and with nice views

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

Sergio's apartment is better than described and seen in the photos, everything is very clean, it has a lot of kitchenware and the terrace and the area where it is located is wonderful as well as the bbq and the community pool, it is super quiet and has private parking, it is only 10 minutes from Peñiscola. Sergio is very friendly and is always making sure that you are well, he recommends places and things to do. We'll definitely be back to this apartment. Many thanks to Sergio !
