Very spacious accommodation with everything you need to feel at home, all kinds of kitchenware and details, very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean, and the location was ideal near the beach and restaurant area. Christelle was very kind and attentive, she made our arrival and departure very easy, being flexible with schedules and with very good communication at all times. 100% recommended

We stayed in this beautiful apartment autumn of 2024. The appartment is very nice; it is bright with large window with a sea view and historic old town view. Clean and in good condition with nice amenities and everything was working well. Location is central, only less than kilometer from local city center and 500m for the nearest beach and restaurants. The apartment is having a nice balcony + large terrace- ideal for morning exercises and coffee with sunrice. There is also a really nice hiking trails starting few hunders meters away. City is active and having pleanty of events year around. Ideal for long term holidays, you can get homely feeling easily. The host is very nice, flexible and responding quickly (welcoming was outstanding). All in all we had a really great time.

We were delighted with this accommodation, we wanted tranquility and disconnection and that's what we found, Dani responded as soon as he was asked something and they immediately told us that we could tell him anything. I took my two dogs with me, they were very well received by everyone and without any problems from the owners I'd come back again without a second thought

An amazing apartment in front of the beach! There is a very large garden with an outdoor shower so you can bathe when you return from the beach and it is super comfortable! The apartment is on the beachfront so the visit is beautiful! Marga is a sweetheart! She welcomed us as family, with the fridge full of everything (beers, soft drinks, cava, mineral water, ham, cheese and more...) also fresh bread, Nespresso machine with original capsules! Marga is super attentive to any questions and responds very quickly. She also let us check out late. Marga is the best host you'll ever meet! The location is excellent, close to restaurants and a large supermarket. There is private parking! Everything 10/10! Thank you very much Marga and we'll be back soon:)

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need to spend the stay. Regarding the area it seemed very accessible and beautiful, it was 10 minutes by car from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! To note that we had a barbecue to which we gave a lot of use and for our taste the best of the stay. The host at all times has been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more when the weather is good. The only thing I could improve is that there is no wifi as he clearly indicates in the listing and for longer stays would be fine.

Very well equipped apartment with very good quality furniture and kitchen equipment. The geographical position of the rental is great view of the sea and very close to the walk.

We had a lovely vacation! Élödie was always in touch, friendly. Great apartment, beautiful sunsets from the terrace on the second floor. But the sea is not suitable for children. The nearest beaches with rocks and rocks, we went to the center on the sand. We will come again! Good luck!

The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, right on the beach. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door that we always ate at, excellent.

Clean, bright, comfortable apartment with everything necessary for life. Close to the sea. The owners are very kind and responsive. The only problem for me is soundproofing and thermal insulation.

The house is beautiful and the stay in it was very grateful and comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything you needed and extra details. Eva was very friendly and spent time resolving inquiries about the area, restaurants, transportation... The only thing to detail is that the parking is on a slope and is a bit narrow, it is not the most comfortable but it has parking and fulfills the function and it was great to have it at our disposal. The apartment for the time of year we have not used it, pear is right in front of the apartment, super comfortable. We loved the stay.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

This apartment is a real find! The place is spacious, full of modern comfort and exclusively private at the same time.The atmosphere of the beach holiday is clearly present, the terrace is perfectly suited for a pleasant family breakfast. The distance to the beach is short and the beach itself is great. Jorge is a really great host! He kindly went an extra mile to help us with the check-in, as well as on other occasions. Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.
