It is a simpler neighborhood. But there are good houses around the property. The house was renovated and modern, everything was great. A good kitchen, good bathroom and 3 excellent sized bedrooms. Our stay was great.

An exceptional house. Alessandra and family kept the space with the old attributes and that makes the house charming. We felt at home! In addition, the location is great!! Throughout the time, both Alessandra and her daughter were very helpful. We needed to arrive at night and they were super flexible with check-in and check-out times! Everything was perfect! We loved the experience!

Very good stay. We only stayed one night to go to a game at the MRV Arena and the front of the house overlooks the Arena, very close, we walked back and forth. Safe place, the house served us perfectly, it has everything you need to spend quiet days and is very comfortable. Ana attended to us very well and gave clear instructions for check-in, making it easy and always being ready to help and assist in whatever way possible. I recommend and intend to return!

Super cozy apartment, with a super nice private area, very well located building, with accessibility and 2 parking spaces very close to the elevator. Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

First, the Ada was very attentive in passing all the information and instructions prior to check-in. The apartment is a cozy cozy, really charming! It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, shopping malls and the center. It is safe and offers a leisure area with a beautiful view of the city, a very well equipped gym. Anyway, I highly recommend and Ada is an excellent hostess, congratulations!!

Ana Cristiane's apartment is excellent! Great location, easy access, surroundings with great restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Very tasteful decoration, very well-equipped kitchen, shower, mattress and bed and bath linen of great quality. The host is polite, very friendly and always concerned with our well-being. When I started looking for a location, I heard a lot of "no" when I said I would also use the space for photos. I never quite understood the reason… but today I see that all this has led me to your apartment! From the first contact, Laura was super cordial and gave me all the information very carefully. Near the reservation date, she remained attentive, guiding me in every detail. And then the big day came: my dreamed rehearsal! Upon arriving at the apartment, I was pleased to find everything exactly as in the pictures — and even better. The space had everything I needed, and a little more. The only bad part was having to leave! I already felt at home… and no doubt I will come back many more times. I will be forever grateful!
