I had a great hosting experience at Villa Neves Residencial! Excellent location, fair price and extremely polite and supportive professionals. On the last day of the lodging, I couldn't take my bag with me, but they were very attentive and allowed me to leave her with them until my bus time. For sure, on my next trip to BH, I will stay there again!

I had a very good experience. The host was super attentive and polite. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I recommend to those looking for a quiet and quality stay.

The room is exactly the same as in the pictures. There is the construction of a very nearby building that generates noise. The street is well deserted after q dark, cm mtos flanelinhas and homeless people, at 19.30 the nearby trade was already closed. The bed linen is already worn and with some stains because it is older. For what I needed, I would stay again if the same demana appeared in the future.

Great location, the concierge staff is always very attentive and ready to give suggestions. Great shower and comfortable bed. We missed having a coffee maker, as we love to prepare our own coffee.

I loved the stay. The atmosphere is wonderful, close to everything. Very organized and Rogério was a great host. I'll be back ☺️

The apartment is super comfortable, quiet, and extremely dark for sleeping sleep. the mini kitchen does its job. the bed is gigantic and delicious. it's a pity not to have a shower stall in the bathroom, which ends up getting the floor a little wet, but that's just a detail. I would definitely stay again.

Great hosting to get to know the center of Belo Horizonte, close to the central market, new market and very close to the bus station. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen and bedroom utensils.

Very good place, clean, tidy. I recommend it!! There was no soap in the bathroom, there is an induction stove but there is no pan for it.

I had a great stay at the flat, when I arrived it was very organized, Simone welcomed me and explained to me how the building worked. The building has a very good gym and shared laundry facilities. Although the location is good, with easy access to public transportation, and being where I expected, the surroundings are a little empty and can get a little weird at night.

Diego was super friendly and proactive when I sent the messages to book. Excellent environment in the organisation and cleanliness. Cozy and easily accessible flat, as I need a place near Confins airport, it was a great choice. I arrived at night and left the next day, but the place gave me a good rest. I'll come back whenever I need to, excellent. Diego is a great host.

I spent 4 weeks at Edson's apartment and had a super time. The location is great in a part of town with many shops, bars and restaurants. The building itself is very nice with friendly tenants and helpful guards downstairs. Everything was good with the apartment too. The shower was good and had plenty of hot water. The bed was good. There is also a nice espresso machine. It was great dealing with Edson. He was always very responsive and also gave me some very useful local recommendations.

Great accommodation. The host was very polite and proactive. The apartment is easy to locate, close to the center and with great locomotion to other parts of the city. The environment of the place is quiet, ideal for rest, and the porters are very attentive. I recommend.

Centrally located very good! It is a very well equipped hotel room. Hotel offers a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Individually paid breakfast with a discount for Airbnb guests (it's worth it). Fernanda responds quickly, but we had no problem. It all flowed and worked as agreed and described in the advertisement. I recommend it.

The place is very cool , the best in the photos had renovation in the room and in the bathroom , exceeded my expectation was much better in person, it is only small for those who like space , but to stay calm I loved 💕 everything well cleanly liked

the host Mr. José Luiz very attentive. we had a little problem with the tv the first day that didn't call but Mr. José arranged another one and everything worked out. we were 4 days and it was really good.
