A great place to stay, with all the essential apparatus. Nearby a number of restaurants and supermarkets. The only point that made me slightly uncomfortable is the door to the apartment that goes straight on the street. Apart from this, the owner was extremely proactive, giving me suggestions of places and giving me all the necessary information. I highly recommend it to everyone!

My experience in the tiny Marilda house was excellent! My wife and I booked for a week, but we extended for one more due to the comfort and tranquility we found.​ The location is great, with easy access and transportation by apps. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for rest.​ The tiny house is perfect for couples, equipped to relax or work in a home office. The view is beautiful, and there is a pleasant outdoor area for coffee or barbecue. For the gauchos, there are portable barbecue and utensils for chimarrão – I just missed finding yerba mate in local markets.​ Before arriving, my expectations were modest as the photos do not fully capture the quality of the property. I was surprised by a well-kept environment and thought to the smallest detail. Marilda left useful notes indicating where to find each item, facilitating our stay.​ Marilda and her husband are exceptional hosts. I strongly recommend this accommodation and we will certainly return!

The stay was quiet, Leonardo welcomed me well, communication was easy and clear. The apartment is the same as the ad, had fresh and clean towels and bed linings, the location and the neighborhood are great .

The house is spotless: comfortable, well equipped, and with a perfectly working internet. The bed is comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for rest without hassle. Any trouble, Cezar is available to fix it immediately. In addition to being a great host, he is a kind and attentive person, always ready to give good advice and make the stay even better. The location is great, close to an avenue with lots of bars and interesting attractions. The space was impeccable, very clean, smelling, organized and super cozy!
