Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

The stay was great, the building's doormen were very kind to us. The house was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. Good value for money. The only points for improvement would be the bedding, which seemed old to me. And the bathrooms are very small, but I understand there's not much to do. Just one caveat for future guests. Mariana was communicative and helped with all the instructions for arrival.

It was very good to stay in this house, the Airbnb team, especially Ana Paula, was very kind the whole time, helping us in what was needed. We forgot a glass in the house and it was easy to recover later! The House is clean and the bedding as well. The front bar serves great food! Super i recommend it

The apartment is very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms as shown in the photos. Excellent location, close to everything and you can walk to Patio Savassi, for example. Frederico was a great host and answered questions promptly. I and my family feel at home

We travelled as a family and the space met our needs satisfactorily. There were toys for the children and screens on the windows. Quiet condominium with playground and swimming pool, parking at the door of the building.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!
