It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... We have renovated our grandfather's house as a family. We believe that you will have pleasant moments there. The house is ideally placed between Lyon- Grenoble- Chambéry near the mountains, in the middle of the Dauphin countryside. (Lyon 30mn, Chambéry25mn, Grenoble 30mn) .The accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children). EUREXPO is within 30 minutes. Nearby (3 minutes) you will find all the shops you may need.
