The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Le logement est situé à pied à : -30 secondes des transports en commun et commerces. -15 min de la gare part-dieu/navette directe pour l'aéroport. -3 min du parc de la tête d'or poumon de la ville. -Cuisine entièrement équipée avec couteaux qui coupent :) -Quartier avec les meilleurs bars/restaurants/night-club de Lyon.

Luxury apartment, you will be delighted to stay in this pleasant, fully equipped and air-conditioned accommodation! Perfectly located, whether for a business stay or for leisure, matches, concerts and sightseeing! The 6th arrondissement is a quiet area while being close to the train station, shops and restaurants! You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

The apartment is located in a listed building. It is quiet because it overlooks the courtyard and is located on the 3rd floor.

You will be charmed by the volume of this apartment, with its stone wall and French ceiling. Furnished in an open space loft style, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Its 3.80 m ceiling height gives it a unique atmosphere. Its architecture is typical of the listed district of Croix-Rousse, a true cradle of the 'Canuts', name of the Lyonnais weaving workers. Located 200 m from the metro, close to the hyper center, you can easily visit the whole city!
