Thank you Isabelle and Bernard for your kindness and hospitality! The space is gorgeous. We had a quiet and relaxing stay, without any noise. The outdoor shower is really great, as is the jacuzzi and the pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The place was clean and well-equipped as mentioned in the listing. The location is great if you want to enjoy the via rhôna. the Nordic bath is very good as well as the free bike loan.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

We enjoyed our stay in this little gem we found, everything was spotless, comfortable and simply a peaceful stay. 100% recommend. The host was really nice.

The location of the chalet is great. Great hospitality and well-equipped accommodation. I will be back with pleasure.

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were very welcoming and available. Impeccable accommodation. No complaints. The children loved the bouncy castle, the games and the pool. The beds were super comfy.

Peaceful stay in Jean-Maxime's picturesque estate. Friendly, cheerful, and very funny host! Unusual and really nice concept. We came as a couple with our Staffie, delighted with the exploration and all the smells that accompanied her. We can't wait to test other concepts from Hosts. See you soon!

we had a wonderful week. It was very hot weather, but in the evening the cottage was wonderfully cool. Sleeping is no problem. Despite being right next to the owners' house, you are still free with more than enough privacy. The cottage is not large but more than complete, with even its own shed for the bikes, and with a washing machine. Private terrace with beautiful views. Beautiful lake within walking distance. If I had to say something, a second lounger would make it perfect. Now we had to fight for the only one (and I was the one who kept losing😅)

The accommodation is faithful to what we were looking for! The hosts are welcoming. If you want to go green, this is ideal! Breakfast is served in front of the hut and is super nice. Beautiful hikes to do around the campsite!

Very nice little cottage in a beautiful setting. Two minutes drive from Les Jouvencelles ski resort and 10 min from Les Rousses.

We were in Thierry and Sylvie's charming cabin! And we can confirm that it was the best stay I've ever had! We went to the Annecy festival, we were only 15 minutes away! And yet when we were in the bnb we were lost from the world far from the city to relax and unwind! Really great and adorable, I recommend it! < 3

This is a beautiful country home that brings you lots of comfort and rest after hikings. Kitchen is perfect to cook up a good meal and clothes can be easily washed with washing machine. It is the perfect place for one to stay if u are going to hike the different places in Saleve. It is also perfect as a base to go to Annency for day trip and back to peace. Highly recommended to stay here for 3 days or more to fully relaxed yourself with your family and friends. Excellent neighbourhood too. Will always picked this place if toggling travel between Switzerland and France during holidays.
