Completely amazing! I came with a few friends for two birthdays and it was exactly what we wanted - an incredible view, we woke up every morning still thinking it wasn’t real! Lots of places to either sun bathe or hide from the sun, easy to get to the lake, quiet, just excellent. Kevin was also incredibly helpful!

Amazing house close to beautiful lake. Host was so kind and response was so quick. Worth visiting if you need relaxing.

Impeccable space, as described. Very welcoming and responsive host. Ideal location for visiting old Annecy and 4min from Lake Annecy. That was really nice!

We had a great time at Nanou's. Perfect, clean, spacious accommodation with 2 terraces depending on the location of the sun. Very well equipped, satisfactory amount of dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer. The accommodation is temperate if you close all the shutters of the rooms in the sun during the day. It was very nice and warm during our stay but we did not suffer from the heat at night. Accommodation 100 m from the lake with a very small beach. Another larger one is a 15-minute walk away. Bike path at the end of the road that goes around the lake. Electric bike available in Sevrier and Annecy set up by the municipality, 1st half hour free, free buses all around the lake in July and August, perfect for getting around. Beautiful places to visit, I recommend ++ only downside is the prices are unaffordable in Annecy, the restaurants are very expensive. To conclude I really recommend Nanou's house, a great place to share.

This airbnb was perfect for a stay in Annecy. The location is perfect to visit the lake and also the town. I would recommend having a car or hiring a bike as things are slightly far away, but this is more the city than the place; it is a 5 min walk from the lake and all the water sport activites and the part of the lake, perfect for families. The airbnb is clean and the balcony is such a big bonus. This airbnb is exceptional value for money, especially when compared to others and hotels around it. Would 100% recommend for a stay in annecy, also the flexibility of the rooms was a nice added touch.

We had a great time on Adrien's star. The boat is as described, it is comfortable and well-equipped. It is super stable and does not move. You can go there even if you are subject to seasickness. The harbor is quiet and peaceful. The location is top. Having breakfast on the terrace of the boat lets you think the Bourget lake belongs to you. Just bring a vehicle for shopping. Cherry on the cake: Adrien is a very host friendly and super responsive. We recommend it 10 times.

Annie was very welcoming and smooth in the contact. The apartment is very nice even on hot nights, and ideally located near the beaches and the Imperial. A good experience!

Splendid home with an incredibly view. Free summer bus, nearby activity, restaurant, bar. The beach is beautiful and very well maintained. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great weekend in Hugo's apartment. It is very well located and the parking space is a real plus. The little extra would have been the air conditioning because it was quite hot in the accommodation. We recommend it. Thank you.

Excellent and friendly hosts great apartment in a very convenient location. Note if you’re tall the loft can get a bit troublesome as some areas quite short and having to duck.. other than thatgreat apartment.
