Combining rustic and contemporary in this place steeped in history, the old mill of the 13th century, refurbished and its wooded park of 2 ha will offer you a nature break. Bordered by a stream and its small waterfalls, the gentle sound of the water will invite you to relax during your walks around the property or simply sitting with your feet in the water. A playground is available for the little ones with, among other things, a trampoline, swing and slide (3 to 12 years old).

Equipped with a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, a modern bathroom, its small private terrace area as well as a parking space. 15 minutes from the cross-country ski slopes of Prénovel, the lakes of Vouglans and Clairvaux and hiking trails, come and discover the Haut Jura in the cottage of the old mill.

Renovated apartment in an old Bauges building, made of stone, between lake and mountain. You will enter through a separate entrance and will be able to park your vehicle in the shelter. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom equipped with a 120 x 80 walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a cozy living room. Sheets are provided but we do not provide bath towels, remember to bring yours.
