Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Belley

Studio meets the expectations of a short stay! Indeed, it is well thought out, well equipped with two outdoor terraces to enjoy the space, especially aperitif/meals and relaxation. Good bedding also to be noted. Located on the heights of Chanaz, it allows you to easily get to this beautiful village, even if a good climb awaits you on the way back (I would say 20-25 minutes of effort). The neighborhood is rather quiet and from there, you can quickly get to all the tourist places around Lake Bourget (beaches, belvederes, Aix les Bains, Canal de Savières, Abbaye d 'Hautecombe...). Alain is a very attentive host, facilitating the stay as best as possible, very cordial, extremely responsive and of unparalleled kindness (He did not hesitate to go up, precisely, from the centre to the studio my family). He knows his region perfectly and gives good advice (visits and addresses). I thank him again and recommend his studio.

If you're reading the reviews to convince yourself whether or not to choose this Airbnb... look no further!! I'm telling you: GO FOR IT! This accommodation is amazing, everything is perfect. So many things available, in a beautiful setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

300 m from the via rhona (bike) in a quiet area in the corn. Small studio tastefully renovated. You can put the bikes in their garage. Very discreet hosts. Don't forget to buy a brioche saint genix (town 5 km away)

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes including a tandem available and useful for visiting the surroundings. Thanks both of you!

An absolutely perfect stay! The garden is beautiful and very peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The house has been refurbished with great taste, everything is beautifully arranged and very comfortable — special mention for the beds, really large and pleasant. The hosts were very attentive, very available and caring throughout our stay. We loved our time here and will be happy to come back. Once again, thank you for everything!

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The barbecue is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! Nadine is a very welcoming and caring host. The old stone house is beautiful and keeps a pleasant coolness inside, even when it is very hot outside. We didn't even need the air conditioning provided. The garden is splendid, with several sitting areas and large parasols that allow you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. Inside, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. There were coffee pods, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, spices and lots of other very practical little things. For our little girl, Nadine had prepared a cot, a bathtub and a high chair. This gesture really made our lives easier. Following a storm, we had some temporary problems with the Wi-Fi, but Nadine immediately reacted and did what was necessary to resolve it quickly. We had a great stay and recommend this house!

The accommodation was perfectly in line with the description: clean, well-equipped and pleasant. The host was very welcoming and responsive throughout the stay. The linen was impeccable, and we particularly enjoyed the little touches such as the coffee available, the maps of nearby restaurants and the bottle of fresh water on arrival. Thank you again!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

we had a great stay at Sandrine's. The accommodation offered is large with 2 bedrooms and a private terrace. nothing is missing in the equipment. shops are within walking distance. possibility of parking right next door. it's a good place in Yenne

We loved the stay! Everything was present and it was clean. Raphael was a very good host and made us feel very welcome. It was very hot and an air conditioner is the only thing we missed and would have made it completely perfect (despite the two good fans). We'd love to come back!

Nice welcome and very good communication with Patricia. The accommodation is easy to find and located in a rather quiet neighborhood. The private parking space is a real plus, even if it is quite narrow. The accommodation is well-equipped and pleasant, although you can feel that it is inhabited by Patricia at certain times of the year, which can surprise you if you are used to more neutral Airbnb accommodation. Many fragile objects are present, which contributes to the personal character of the place. Access to the lake takes about 25 minutes by car, although the road is narrow in places and has many speed bumps, some of which do not really seem up to standard - beware of low cars. We had a good stay and enjoyed Patricia's hospitality. A good place to discover the region.

New accommodation tastefully furnished and very well located (between lake and mountain according to the ad). You will find all the amenities and even more to have a great stay. We have to go back (with a little more sun!!)

2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the overhead car park, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city centre, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's difficult to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by text or call.

Felisy was a great hostess and was very friendly and welcoming. This Airbnb is a large self contained attic with its own access. Rarely have we stayed in such a well stocked place with plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils and gadgets. Since we were on a 5 week tour of France we were very pleased to have the use of a washer and drying rack. Felisy left milk, butter, orange juice and Jams in the fridge, get your own bread or croissants. Felisy very kindly gave us six eggs which we enjoyed in an omelette. Thank you Felisy and Felix we hope to return when next in the area.

Beautiful little place to visit the region, but a little far from the centre to go on foot. Very good communication with Marie Claire if it wasn't a little rigid on departure times... but I recommend it!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We had a pleasant weekend at Véronique's place. She is very helpful and suggested many activities and addresses for our weekend. The accommodation is very nice, we were able to go from the accommodation to the city centre and also to the lake.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's accommodation. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a cot and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's tableware, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A highly recommended accommodation and host😊
