Apartment holiday rentals in Bella Vista

The 2nd story deck has a nice view of Shadow Lake and is perched near the tree tops; the Merlin Bird ID app recorded 14 birds in 20 minutes - warblers, vireos, a Baltimore oriole, a Kingfisher and more. The ground level patio was private & a sweet spot for my morning stretches, exercises and a sitting meditation on the riverbank. Bed was very comfortable for an older person with hip arthritis. The stairs from ground to apartment are steep but solid, with gripper tread and secure handrail. First night I walked the one block to Main St for delicious pizza & stopped at nearby ice cream shop. Good coffee & cinnamon role next morning at Elk River Coffee Co. Due to the rain and swollen river I had to pivot from original plan for outdoor activities; drove to Bentonville (35 minutes) and enjoyed Crystal Bridges Museum. On my second morning the weather cleared, I did some watercolor on the deck; after checkout I did the one hour tour at Bluff Dwellers Cave. Train sound was not a problem.

Super cute place. Exactly as advertised. Comfy beds and a relaxing environment. Also affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea’s Wheelhouse. The space is decorated with items unique to Bentonville adding a lot of character and creating a cozy feel. The location is convenient to all the best biking locations, great food options, and downtown. Chelsea was very responsive via the app and friendly when we met briefly in front of the house. We took notes of our trip and made sure to add the Wheelhouse to our list for next time!

Loved it. Needed a quick hit for a work trip. It was perfect, easy, a good value and cool.

We loved our extended stay and we really hated to leave. We wanted to stay longer, the house was big and comfortable. It was convenient to everything. I highly recommend this home. Thank you for letting us stay.

Bruce was extremely responsive and a great host! We left an important item after check out and he immediately let us know and was happy to get it back to us! Hot tub is amazing.

Me and my friends went out to Arkansas for a concert over there and looked around for an Airbnb. When we saw this one we knew it was going to be amazing. Had everything it listed and more! We absolutely loved it. We did have an accident, we broke an ice tray accidentally, the host was so understanding and friendly when we told her. I know I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.🙂

I’m excited to be the first to review this beautiful property. It’s exactly as described and a great place to stay. We stayed as a large family staycation for the weekend. We loved the hot tub and game room and ample seating on the decks outside. Each room has its own temperature control so that was also great. The kitchen has nice modern appliances and is well stocked. We were welcomed with a fun surprise treat and there were bottled waters in the fridge. Thanks so much! This house was so much fun and offered our group a lot of entertainment. Garrett was a super responsive host and answered all my questions. The best part of the stay is him letting us know all we needed to do was make sure to lock the door on our way out and his cleaning crew would do the rest. It made checking out with a larger family so much easier not to have a list of “to do’s” as we were packing up to leave. We will definitely be staying with Garrett again at one of his awesome properties in the future!

The space was clean and updated. The location was good for access to trails. You have a short drive to the back 40 and Slaughter Pen mountain biking trails and a really short drive to the Razorback trail system. Having a secure garage for bikes and car was a huge benefit. We had a storm blow through and did not have to be concerned about damage.

Studio was great, clean and exactly as pictured. It was a comfortable stay and I was happy to stay here.

We loved our stay! The space was quiet, clean and welcoming. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities, and they added extra little touches to make us feel at home. We really appreciated the parking space and downstairs storage for our bikes. The location felt private but was within walking distance from restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
