Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bella Vista

We enjoyed our stay. Dick was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of room and things for the kids to do while we were there. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and watching the deer wander by in the back yard.

Great place to stay! Location was perfect being within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store & bike rental/bike trails. We barely used our car the entire time. Especially relaxing was sitting on the front porch and also using the hot tub.

This lake house was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving week. There are three floors which made it great for spreading out when needed. The top floor bedroom with the queen and the bunk nooks was a hit ! The home is clean , incredibly quiet and has beautiful views of the lake. The stairs down (72 of them ) are steep but totally doable and worth it to get to the water. The driveway is steep and neighborhood has steep roads but we pulled in and out towing a boat without issue. There was plenty of room to park our truck and trailer , a suburban and a midsize car. Kitchen is decently stocked. We cooked thanksgiving dinner just fine. Oh! Holy cow I almost forgot !! The beds were THE most comfortable I have ever slept in. Everyone raved about their beds. We’re actually ordering the same mattress bc it was so great.

I was a little unsure how staying in an owner occupied place would be since we love our privacy, but this was great. Missy was responsive and the space was quiet, clean, and had so many fun things to do. Such a great place. We’ve never stayed at an air bnb more than once before, but I think we may break that trend with Missy’s place.

Rented this place for a family getaway and some mountain biking. Location was perfect for us! The house was clean and well stocked. Just what we needed. Would definitely rent it again!

Our trip started on a rough note with a car breakdown and 1am arrival, our hosts were with us every step and very responsive through our arrival. The stay was perfect, the location is close to town, very walkable and rideable to all the local trails. The space is equipped with the basics you need for a stay and despite the walls being thin we had very respectable neighbors. Overall a great stay and would recommend and come again!

Awesome house in Bentonville with trails just outside the door!! This was perfect for our family to stay in Bentonville and ride the trails. Very close to downtown and restaurants etc. The house was great—very clean and organized with everything we needed. Jessica checked on us and was a great hostess. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Bentonville!!

What a wonderful spot for our stay in Bentonville. With downtown and Crystal Bridges nearby , this house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Bentonville AR. We met friendly neighbors in our walks around the neighborhood with our pups. Great friendly people and a great location - this spot is highly recommended and will be sought after by us on our next trip to Bentonville. Host is proactive and offers many points of interest / local scenes / restaurants in the area. Our stay was great.

This is the second time I have stayed here and both times were great! Super responsive host! Easy walk to all of the downtown restaurants and bars! I will definitely try to stay here again!

Ryan’s place felt like home away from home. Close enough to our desired location, but far enough away to avoid the noice. The master bed was the most comfortable mattress!

Location, location, location! My family of four only stayed here one night, but wish we had more time! Host is great, very responsive. The place is spacious, very clean, and super location - walkable to everything on/near the square (restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, Walmart museum, Neighborhood market, playground, Crystal Bridges & its grounds). The Razorbacks Greenway passes right through so next time we will bring our bikes. We would definitely stay again and stay longer next time!

Our group of 8 was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and private back yard. We enjoyed cooking some meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our food. Excellent way to bring our family together from several states!

Truly one of the nicest homes I have had the privilege of staying in. It was decorated so well I felt as if it was straight out of Southern Living magazine. The home was super clean with all the amenities and conveniences anyone could possibly want. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable rooms (dark at night) and beds. Very homey with a fantastic back porch for relaxing. Awesome location on a golf course and very close to enjoyable walking and biking trails. We highly recommend for everyone to check this place out if staying in Northwest Arkansas.

Very welcoming & comfortable place, very clean and awesome location! Can bike or walk to downtown very easily. Tons of bike trails and fun activities in Bentonville. Stephanie was easy to get in touch with the entire stay. Our family enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon, thanks for making our trip an awesome one!

Fantastic location! It was a 5 minute walk to the town square where we found great restaurants, coffee shops, and even a full service Walmart (it is Bentonville after all). Great home! Older home but really well maintained with plenty of space, comfortable beds, good kitchen, and perfect covered porch. Supportive host! Alice was always available and quick to respond.

Absolutely loved our stay in the farmhouse. We were a short drive into Arkansas for a MTB trip and loved the seclusion of the farm. Jana was super friendly and helpful. Multiple living areas and lots of beds really caters to large families and groups. The Glamping area up the hill could make for an incredible get-together if space in the house isn't enough for everyone. To top things off, we spotted a Bald Eagle in one of the trees. Can't wait to return!
