It is only 1/4 mile off highway 71 with easy access to the Back 40, Little Sugar Bike Trail, Bentonville bike trails, and golf courses. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The master bedroom even has an adjustable king bed to help you recover from all your activities!

Fire pit, horseshoe pit, large covered deck, kayaks/SUP, rope swing, and a pool table are just a few of the fun things to do without leaving home. 3 Bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bonus room, dock and porches are yours to use. Fully equipped lakefront cabin has a basement level master with a king bed, closet & tv with access to the covered patio on the basement level. The 2nd bedroom has a king & double bed, closet, and tv. These bedrooms share a full bath with shower. The main living is an upstairs area and is an open room with a comfortable living space, kitchen, bar & table, and laundry closet. A ladder takes you to the loft where there is a full bed. This area would not be good for small children. No hot tub

Lake Ann Guest House: Trail head and Lake Access

Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.
