You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. Stay in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom, one-bath 700 sq. foot furnished guest house called The Patriot on D in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You will be just minutes on foot (shorter on bicycle) to the Downtown Square, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, the Walmart Home Office, bike trails, and local breweries and restaurants. The home is dog friendly but no accessible fenced yard. However, there is ample space for walking your pup around. Please ask about our veteran/first responder rates.

A suite in a Victorian house one block from the beautiful Bentonville square, with fine dining, pubs, music venues, quaint shops, art galleries, coffee shops, food trucks, bicycle shop/rentals, splash park, playground, and a grocery store. The Razorback Greenway runs along the side of the property. Crystal Bridges Musieum of American Art is a mile walk or bike ride north on the Razorback Greenway. The Walmart Home Office is 1.2 miles away and no major roads to cross to get there.
