Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bastia Umbra

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

The place was impeccable and the photos were accurate. Thank you to Federica for her hospitality and kindness, but also for the many suggestions she gave us for our travels. A special thank you to the furry Pearl for the affection she gave us during these 4 days. Accommodation in a perfect location to quickly reach the main destinations such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno or the many wonderful Umbri villages. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming solution, and we hope to see you again soon...

very nice house, with large garden, well cared for. the location is very convenient to get around the region. You can get to Assisi in 10 minutes, 20 in Perugia and Spello, 40 in Gubbio. the only note to consider is that there is only one shower in the house, so for 5 guests it may not be very comfortable. There were 3 of us and everything was fine.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Daiana helped us out with a last minute booking and was extremely responsive throughout the process!

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with olive trees park just outside the walls of Assisi. We especially appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the park of the villa.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

It was a short stay, 2 nights, but the house is clean and comfortable with everything you need, from kitchen equipment to washing machine for quick washing. Easy and quick to get to the center of the city, great location. Therefore thanks

Our stay was lovely! A peaceful town with lots to see and eat. Sabrina was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, things to see and do. Check in & out was very easy and the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be back!

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

We absolutely loved the apartment. Very centrally located, near the ferry docking and everything else. Yes, one does have to go up and down 3 short flights of stairs but it’s so worth it! Super, super equipped with everything you need and more. Very well equipped! So sweet of Margherita and Graziella to provide extra provisions and treats! Not many Airbnbs we’ve been to were that generous. We really appreciated everything. Comfy bed, cozy feel and clean. Slight sewage smell in the bathroom but we attributed that to the old building & Jo bathroom fan to vent. I was so happy to be able to use my French to talk with Margherita at check in. Margherita was very friendly and attentive, explaining everything for us. The best gelato we had so far on this trip is @ the Tropical Gelateria to the right of the apartment building as you exit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much Margherita & Graziella for sharing the place with us.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Lauras apartment was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful, cozy and in a very nice neighborhood. I recommend Laura to everybody who wants to stay in Perugia. 🌸

Carla is a great host. She is very responsive and particularly helpful she helped us immensely when we had a puncture problem with our car. The apartment is very well located, large with a magnificent view. We recommend it.

The apartment is wonderful and with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Truly perfect!

I stayed for a night in the wonders penthouse with my family,.. we were very satisfied with the very special location,imaginative and comfortable from all points of view... organized very well for hospitality and attention to detail!!!! there are also games for adults and children (card,billiards, ping pong and games between the table).... very convenient parking directly below the house.... I recommend it and we will be back soon. Thank you Giulia

Lucio's apartment is as pictured. Located in the context of a early 20th-century Art Nouveau villa. Spacious , well furnished, with a beautiful view of Assisi, with a very well-kept outdoor space that made us very useful having a dog. If you want immediately on the street there is the shuttle stop that leads to Assisi and the tickets can be purchased in the tobacco next to the stop (very comfortable). We had the opportunity to meet Lucio's parents, two very sweet people.

We were so lucky to be able to stay at Al Belvedere for a week! The apt is really lovely and the terrace is amazing. The views from the terrace and apt are incredible. Manuela met us and gave us great advice on what to do in the area and Spello. Truly magical place to stay in Umbria.

Very satisfied. Even if only for one night I really liked the apartment both as a location and as a structure.
