Everything was taken care of in the smallest of details The staff was super helpful, they recommended great restaurants and gave us some gems on the things to visit. Very clean room with attention to every detail, fantastic breakfast, all made at home, absolutely try ricotta cake and lemon, biscuits with almonds and wine taralli but also the other things are very good. Very convenient location, free parking on the property. We hope to be able to come back more calmly.

We happened to be here in the middle of our trip to the next place, and we won't regret it. Location close to the airport, in an interesting area close to Assisi. Fabio is very responsive and helpful. The room is located in a well-maintained, charming guesthouse. However, if you only use public transportation, you may have trouble getting to the airport from nearby places in the evenings and in the morning.

I had a wonderful time with Eva. If you are looking for a break from everyday life and finally want to relax, this is the place to be. Eva's delicious breakfast with a view of the surrounding untouched nature provides the perfect start to the day. Eva is not only a very loving and attentive host, I also learned a lot from her. Walking through the surrounding nature, she showed me how wild asparagus grows and I also saw wild orchids there for the first time. I spent most of the time in the workshop at the hub, and Eva is also an excellent teacher there. I enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime again!

Paola’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, good location, great breakfast, and help with travel plans in the area. Leonardo was very nice and easy to talk to. It’s a very quiet area. Walkable to main town. He gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our first night. Simple and comfortable room.

Annelie's place was indescribably beautiful! The whole experience was incredible. Annelie really cares and takes care of her guests to make sure you have the most comfortable, enjoyable trip. The place has the most amazing view, and is super cozy. The towns nearby have lots to offer. And the churches and hikes nearby are amazing. A great way to get lost for a few days and enjoy the peace. This one is definitely for the books!

Loretta and her husband were kind and helpful during the stay. The house is clean and equipped with all the comforts. The view is unique and is the perfect place for those who want to spend days of true relaxation surrounded by nature. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Sofia's artful house. We needed a place to stay during the International Journalism Festival and didn't book far in advance. From all the places that were left, we couldn't have chosen a better one. Sofia is very friendly and will go out her way to help you if you need something. She gave us her adapters because our modern EU adapters wouldn't fit into the original 1950's Italian outlets. On the map, the house looks further away from the historic district than it is. We took the #H bus up every morning (5 minute walk, 10 minute bus ride, bus fare is 2 Euros in cash) and we walked down every night (30 minutes). I can definitely recommend staying with Sofia!

This place was so unique in being both simple and exactly what was needed. Beatrice even baked me fresh gluten free croissants and rolls. What a view from my window!

TWO NIGHTS WERE TOO SHORT FOR THIS BNB. Laura was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived in the neighborhood. Before check-in, she reached out to me and even picked me up from the station by car. When I mentioned that I was studying Italian, she explain in Italian and then (lots of time) repeated it in English, which I really appreciated. During check-in, she provided detailed and useful information. She was also a huge help when there was a train strike over the weekend, making it difficult for me to travel to another city. She contacted a taxi driver for me and arranged everything, which was such a relief.

This is a wonderful, historical home. Fabrizio is a warm and inviting host! Spello is magical.

The Farmhouse was wonderful! It was exactly as described and even better! The pool is clean and refreshing and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The Farmhouse attracts nice people who work there and visit there. It is comfortable for relaxing or for touring. I would highly recommend this place and I'm looking forward to returning!

We stayed at Maura's for one night so we could be close to the Tibetan bridge. The location is great, in extreme peace. Maura is a very kind person, available to give advice and in all services. The breakfast was great with a great tart prepared by herself. I highly recommend the property:)

An impeccable location, a friendly and affable hostess, a room with attention to detail as well as the apartment. Located in the historic center, reachable on foot but with free parking within walking distance. Breakfast with a wide selection of products, many of which are prepared directly by the landlady. A very pleasant and relaxing 24 hour experience. The medieval village of Città della Pieve is absolutely suggestive and characteristic.

The stay at Alvaro's house will be unforgettable, as well as for the excellent location to visit many cities, for the beautiful house, for the peace and tranquility that you can breathe in this place, it will be unforgettable for the extraordinary hospitality of Alvaro and his wife who seem like two old friends. They open the doors of their home and their hearts, two extremely generous and friendly people. We only stayed two nights, but I wouldn't have left. The pool is fantastic and can be used at any time of the day or night, breakfast is served in the garden and by booking you can also take cooking classes. Alvaro will do everything to make sure you don't miss anything, he also runs a restaurant that was closed for Ferragosto during my stay but that will be a great excuse to come back. I'm really glad I discovered this place. Don't be fooled by the photos, everything is absolutely better than it seems!! See you soon. ♥️

Cara Maria, Grazie mille! We had a wonderful time. Maria is so very kind and her Tuscan home is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and relax - this is it. It’s also very well situated. Just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino (excellent food) and Cortona (stunning views). We also took the train from Castiglion Fiorentino to Firenze and spent a whole day there. You do need a car though. Generally just a really good vacation that we can absolutely recommend. Leaving made us really sad. We look very much forward to visiting again.

Rustic accommodation in Umbrian farmhouse perfectly furnished with a pool, very clean and relaxing. For those who want to enjoy relaxation in nature. Highly recommended!
