Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bastia Umbra

I spent a few days in Gabriele's house with my family (4 adults and 2 children). Our stay was pleasant, the apartment matches the photos, it is complete with everything and very clean. Saragano is a magical place nestled in the Umbrian hills and central to the main destinations. Given the location, a car is essential for getting around. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

Lovely venue, ideal distance for Villa Baroncino

It was a great stay at the Sant'Angelica house! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry friends, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the ground is sloping, it did not create difficulties for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

We spent a friend in this house with all the necessary amenities to spend time away from the daily chaos. The host was very helpful and provided us with directions to the house by phone, which were very clear. The house fully matched what was described on the site and we had a great stay.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Very nice space composed of several bedrooms, a large kitchen and a separate living-dining room. Mid-buried space, particularly suitable for warm months. Private parking spot in front of the listing. Better equipped apartment (kitchen equipment and dishes) than anything we have seen before and even what we have at home! Very good bedding. In the cold season, heating the bedrooms (and indirectly from the kitchen) with ventilation / air conditioning, and the living room with an automatic pellet oven). Nothing negative to say.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

We absolutely loved the apartment. Very centrally located, near the ferry docking and everything else. Yes, one does have to go up and down 3 short flights of stairs but it’s so worth it! Super, super equipped with everything you need and more. Very well equipped! So sweet of Margherita and Graziella to provide extra provisions and treats! Not many Airbnbs we’ve been to were that generous. We really appreciated everything. Comfy bed, cozy feel and clean. Slight sewage smell in the bathroom but we attributed that to the old building & Jo bathroom fan to vent. I was so happy to be able to use my French to talk with Margherita at check in. Margherita was very friendly and attentive, explaining everything for us. The best gelato we had so far on this trip is @ the Tropical Gelateria to the right of the apartment building as you exit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much Margherita & Graziella for sharing the place with us.

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

So pleased with our choice to stay here. After long days of site seeing, it was so nice to come back to our little paradise away from it all. The house is exactly like the pictures and what was represented in the details. The property is lovely, wishing we were able to use the beautiful deck and outside areas but was still chilly at night. The fireplace made up for it though. The beds were both very comfortable, the kitchen had everything, and the bathroom was wonderful. It couldn't have been more perfect. Cristina was a lovely host. She left us alone unless we needed her and had a quick response whenever we had a quick question. We were sad we had to leave. We definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to have a go home feeling after a long day, and getting away from the crowds. Such a nice place to unwind. We will be back, so much more to see and this place is a great central location to the greater Umbria area. Thank you, Cristina!

Our arrival in Gaifana was like an affectionate embrace from a friend who couldn't wait to see you. To welcome us, Antonella's mother, very sweet and caring, just like only a grandmother can... pampered us, like grandchildren, refreshed us and offered us a coffee after a long night trip with our children... We immediately felt at home. Despite a few small hitches with the pool, soon resolved by Antonella and her partner, we stayed the week after August 15. The house is functional and very cool thanks to the very thick masonry. The only flaw is the bathroom, unfortunately to optimize the space it has been reduced, toilet and sink in a small compartment and shower in another, a bit reminiscent of French bathrooms without bidets But everything takes a back seat when you arrive at Antonella's house, after a day spent between villages and excellent food under the sun and you cool off by diving into her pool in total privacy If you want to regenerate spirit and body this is the perfect place.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful hill top town. The Airbnb is super cosy and finished to a great standard, comfy bed, big bathroom, good cooking equipment, great heating and amenities and most of all beautiful views from bedroom and silent nights sleep. Don’t miss the chance to stay if planning a visit to Spello!

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

Cristiana's is not just a place to stay, it's a gem. Nestled in the area of the Sacred Forest, it allows you to interiorize the peace of the place. It will be the red sun of the sunset that enters the branches, the spontaneous junnies or the noises of nature around, it is impossible not to take this place in the heart. Cristiana is simply delicious, helpful and welcoming, trying to fulfill every curiosity or request of guests. The chalet is truly magical: an intimate, romantic, and warm environment. A place to visit or, better yet, a place to get lost leaving everything else behind!

Villa Scarponi amazed us with its warm atmosphere, and welcoming as if it were home. An oasis of peace in contact with nature, the house is very clean and Chiara has always been close to us with great advice. If life brings us back to Umbria, we will definitely come back. 🥰

Absolutely wonderful space for our five days in Tuscany with four adults and two toddlers. It was too cold for the pool to be open but we used the heated tub a couple days. Heads up about the tub- it took 1-2 days to fully heat up bc it is heated by building a fire. Then once it heated up it was wayyy too hot, so then it took a day to fully cool down to be safe for humans. It was a fun adventure to figure out!! There was so much space for the kiddos to explore and play in. The view is breathtaking. You are far enough from the towns to feel like you can completely relax but also close enough to do day trips to nearby towns. Heavenly week! There’s a cute farmers market on Friday mornings in paciano where there’s a cheese stand that had the most incredible cheeses! Leslie the point of contact person was super responsive and welcoming. The wind slammed the door shut one morning which locked us out but Leslie acted quickly and was able to get us back in remarkably fast! Best week ever!

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.

Nicokai was one of the best hosts I've had so far. He was always available and took care of problems immediately (e.g. the pool was full of leaves and insects after a storm, whereupon he initiated a pool cleaning directly upon request). The house was really very nice and we felt very comfortable with our group of 6. Shopping is also provided, although about 15 minutes away by car, the supermarket was perfectly equipped and very well placed in terms of value for money. I would book this place again anytime - a clear recommendation!
