Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. Cozy guest apartment Summer

Our residential building with its residential units is located on the outskirts of the city near the municipal hospital. An Edeka market with bakery is about 200 m away. Public transport is 100-300 m away. The journey time by tram is 17 minutes to the center. From here, the main station, the Hundertwasser House, the cathedral, the town hall square and other sights are within walking distance.
