It is equipped with everything you need for everyday needs, especially if you are in the city for a long time. Parking is possible right outside the door and costs only €3.00 for 24 hours. The apartment of course has Wi-Fi (50,000 line) and a smart TV. In the comfortable double bed, 2 different mattress thicknesses are installed so that everyone can find their optimal comfort.

In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Small but nice, very bright and furnished condominium on the outskirts of Magdeburg. The town of Barleben (10 minutes from the city center) is known for its excellent transport links to the A2 & A14. The 1.5 bedroom apartment (37 sqm) is offered fully furnished. The apartment has been completely renovated, including the kitchen, everything is new. A cozy Murphy bed with an Emma one mattress ensures a good night's sleep. A sun balcony is available.

From a fully equipped Nobilia kitchen, washing machine, to an ironing board, everything is available. There is also free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart hygiene concept. And, if something doesn't work as expected, I'll be there within 15 minutes, because I live just around the corner.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

This charming 47 m² loft with balcony and views of parks is the ideal place to relax after a sightseeing tour in Magdeburg. Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009. Belonging to the Stadtfeld West district, it is well connected to public transport and yet quietly located.

Our small cozy guest apartment is located in Barleben - Ebendorf district not far from the A2 highway and yet quietly in the old town center on a three-sided farm typical of the region. The apartment has a living room with a small kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. A travel bed for toddlers can optionally be added.
