Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ballard, Seattle

Great location with all the amenities you need and beautiful area. Was there for three nights felt very comfortable & extremely safe. Stephanie was a wonderful host and very friendly. She shared lots of good info on places to eat & things to do. Highly recommended if you need a place in the area that’s clean and close to all the good stuff! Hopefully available for my next visit as it would be my 1st choice to stay there again.

Great stay in a cool one-bedroom ADU. Location was perfect for us, as we were doing most things on that side of town...Queen Anne, Ballard and Magnolia. Great neighborhood, many parks, very safe and lots of street parking, too! We liked the layout and amenities, and both Bart and Bridgette helped make it an easy stay. They were very responsive when we had questions, and they were excellent hosts overall. I would absolutely recommend this location on your next trip to Seattle!

Nicole's hospitality was the best we've received so far! The space was quiet, coffee ready for the morning and she was very responsive. she also let us know about a pod of orcas moving through the sound! if we go back to Seattle, we'll stay here again.

Awesome location! The room had everything we needed. We slept well and enjoyed the restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Scott’s place was a PERFECT home base in Ballard! He was extremely communicative and the location was ideal for getting around — a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Ballard, and convenient access to the 40 and 44 buses. The unit was quiet and had everything you could need to settle in. The bed was comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen had every appliance you would want. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

This AirBnB was one of the best I have stayed at. We received a complimentary breakfast and there were many free items in the kitchen and fridge for us to use. The apartment was very spacious and had more than anyone could need and ask for. The bathroom had extra toiletry for us to use. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment had very interesting art decor. The neighborhood felt very safe, walkable to local restaurants, stores and down to Green Lake recreational area. Terry was very responsive, reachable and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Jeffreys home was in the perfect location super close to everything and easy to get. It was super easy to order a Lyft and get dropped off. We especially loved lighthouse roasters, the coffee shop that was at the end of the block. We went every morning. It was such an easy walk to get to. If you are looking for a good burger spot I would highly recommend UNeedABurger we went there twice and the food was delicious. The apartment was very cozy and perfect and the bed was really comfortable. If you are deciding where to stay I highly recommend staying at The Cortado. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

We loved our stay at Sam's place. Highlights for us: - Beautiful house including backyard - Wonderful music collection that we took full advantage of - Being coffee lovers, we appreciated the coffee-related gadgets - The Ballard/Sunset Hill is a wonderful neighborhood - just 10 minutes away from downtown but feels removed with a great Sunday Market. We liked it so much that we are considering buying a place there :). - Communication with Sam was easy and quick

Tom & Tracy's bungalow is a great place to stay. It has everything you'd need to be comfortable. It is a charming place where the sofa and bed are super comfy, kitchen is modern and had all the kitchenware you'd need, washer/dryer in good condition, bathroom has a cool claw foot tub and offers courtesy items, back yard with privacy and a nice front porch great for relaxing. It is quiet and in a good location with easy access the Fremont shops, Ballard, and downtown. I appreciate the on-property parking spot and ease of getting inside. They are responsive hosts and were quick to recommend some shops nearby when I inquired. Really appreciate all the little details and would absolutely recommend staying here.

We were in Seattle for our grandson's bar mitzvah and found this place because it was close to where the service was happening. We really love this house. It had everything we needed, including and cooking pans and opportunities for recycling and composting. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom upstairs with the king bed was so relaxing and sleep Able. There was even a highchair for our one year-old granddaughter who came by for dinner. The kitchen was small, but we were able to make enchiladas for a big group of people with the things that we found their plus we got two 9 x 13 glass pans from IKEA that we left there for the next person. At first, after we had been in the house and left and came back, we could not remember the door code and reaching out to Airbnb was a nightmare. At one point, we got a message that we would have to wait 24 hours to try again. But then I remembered the code and we got in, but it was a bit stressful to say the least.

This was a great spot to stay while visiting my daughter at U Dub. Walking distance to Green Lake which is beautiful! Safeway and a neighborhood gem, Mojito-both at arms reach. The apartment had everything you’d need-Lee really thought of everything! I’d return in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at the Crow’s Nest! Great atmosphere, private, and we had a great time. We’re from Mississippi, so that was the first time we made it so far up north to Washington. Thanks for the memorable stay!

Lisa’s place is beautiful and well appointed. It was nice, quiet, and private. We enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day after adventures in the city. Lisa was very responsive host and we would love to stay again next time we are in town!

We found everything we needed including plates, cups and cutlery for our toddler. The only thing that we would suggest as an improvement would be better pillows.

Kelly and Will were incredibly helpful, considerate, and super responsive. They made staying at their place as easy as possible. Their space was clean and beautiful, had a big grass backyard, and was perfect for our two families to stay with three little ones. Easy parking, quiet neighborhood, easy drive from many attractions and parks. We did not meet Kelly and Will but everything was exactly as they said — total hosting pros!

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed Jane’s condo! The apartment was very clean and welcoming with its decorations and amenities. It was the perfect size with a gorgeous West facing view that let in the afternoon sun while also being a perfect spot to see sunsets. The location is so easy and convenient, I never had issues with finding street parking and it’s a pleasant walk to the central part of Capitol Hill. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Seattle getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

Very easy to get around close to everything. Lyle was super responsive and friendly! Place had everything you need for a great stay!

Wonderful stay, layout/decor/location can't be beat! Maynard and Lyle were very communicative. We had zero problems, but I have no doubt they'd have gone above and beyond quickly if we had. Book this Air B&B if you're looking for something right downtown and are over the hotel hunt! 10/10 would recommend and will stay again if we find ourselves in Seattle!

Great place to stay!

Lessley is one of the best hosts I have had so far at Airbnb! She is responsive and proactive. She helps address our questions and requests real quick and kindly. She is detail oriented as well as customer first! The place is neat, equipped thoughtfully and feels like home. It’s quite walkable to many nice restaurants nearby too. We particularly enjoyed the RockCreek and Le Coin both were wonderful! We feel grateful that Lessley had us and helped us every single question and need throughout the five day stay! Really enjoyed it and hope to come back again. Thank you very much Lessley!

Rick’s place in Seattle was the best place to be at. A scooter ride away from all the best restaurants and coffee shops. Loved every second of it and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Will be back on our next trip to Seattle. Thank you Rick.
