The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Amazing stay right in the heart of downtown. So easy to walk to Pike Place Market and conference center. So much to do in Seattle that was easily accessible from this location. Target underneath a huge plus for things we might have forgotten to pack. Taylor was very responsive and available for questions or concerns. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) were amazing. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back to visit in the future.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

The place was great location , didn't expect it to be close to the center but yes I chose the right location close to everything. As for the host she was kind, quick to respond, and the cleanliness was top-notch. again walking through the trees,forest kinda to the house was the best peaceful thing ever happened to me since the year began. I think i will just make this my second home every time I'm in town.

If you love cooking in a well stocked kitchen, if you love a shower with phenomenal water pressure, if you like to start or end your days in a clean beautifully kept sauna and wake up to sun drenched living and dining rooms, look no further. This lovely home was a retreat and great to return to at the end of our days sight seeing and traveling around Seattle and the Washington area. The hosts were responsive proactive and had wonderful suggestions on places to visit!

Tom & Tracy's bungalow is a great place to stay. It has everything you'd need to be comfortable. It is a charming place where the sofa and bed are super comfy, kitchen is modern and had all the kitchenware you'd need, washer/dryer in good condition, bathroom has a cool claw foot tub and offers courtesy items, back yard with privacy and a nice front porch great for relaxing. It is quiet and in a good location with easy access the Fremont shops, Ballard, and downtown. I appreciate the on-property parking spot and ease of getting inside. They are responsive hosts and were quick to recommend some shops nearby when I inquired. Really appreciate all the little details and would absolutely recommend staying here.

This place is ultra cool, sleek and modern. And that rooftop is the perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee. Place was as clean and exactly as advertised. Sam was super responsive and was very accommodating when it came to adjusting our checkout time. We would definitely stay there again and give it an enthusiastic recommendation 👍🏾

This Airbnb was amazing. As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean, beautifully designed and full of amenities. The view was our favorite, which you get from all the rooms on the main story. Relaxing on the patio or in the hot tub was the highlight. We also loved cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoying as much time as we could in the home. Shannon was an excellent host, with thoughtful touches in the home including a gift for our little one and recommendations for parks for him. She was quick to respond to messages and always friendly and helpful. If you’re considering staying here, do it! You won’t regret it.

This home has a lot of character with colorful walls, lots of indoor plants, mirrors and bamboo plants at the entrance. A lot of thought seems to have gone into the decor. The place is close to a busy street, but the double paned windows kept the noise out, and it felt very peaceful inside. The rooms are all good size and the kitchen is excellent. The only minor complaint is about the shower area - a little too small with short curtains that did not prevent water from splashing outside the shower area. The host provided clear check-in and check-out instructions.

Great location and easy to come and go. Awesome food recommendations. We stayed with two young toddlers and it was perfect for us. Loved having access to Disney+ and Netflix for the littles there was also a pack n play.

We found everything we needed including plates, cups and cutlery for our toddler. The only thing that we would suggest as an improvement would be better pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay in Greenlake. We were in Seattle to look at our relocation options, and the house was central to what we needed. Very cute and easily accessible to walk at Greenlake, visit local cafes, have good food, and of course, easy to commute to downtown. The home was as described, perfect for two people, and we really enjoyed our meals on the patio. We did have to visit a cafe for wifi access since we worked a few times while there. That's my only "warning," however. Just be ready to have options if you need to work, especially two people, eating up video and internet time. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay! I also appreciated that Jennifer let us check in earlier due to our early flight arrival. That was very kind of them!

We were in Seattle for our grandson's bar mitzvah and found this place because it was close to where the service was happening. We really love this house. It had everything we needed, including and cooking pans and opportunities for recycling and composting. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom upstairs with the king bed was so relaxing and sleep Able. There was even a highchair for our one year-old granddaughter who came by for dinner. The kitchen was small, but we were able to make enchiladas for a big group of people with the things that we found their plus we got two 9 x 13 glass pans from IKEA that we left there for the next person. At first, after we had been in the house and left and came back, we could not remember the door code and reaching out to Airbnb was a nightmare. At one point, we got a message that we would have to wait 24 hours to try again. But then I remembered the code and we got in, but it was a bit stressful to say the least.

We loved our stay. The home is warm and welcoming. It is charmingly decorated. Lots of light. Great landscaping. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The neighborhood is lovely and it is a great Ballard location. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Lots of fun details to make it feel like home. A lot of thought and care went into this property. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime.

Excellent rental in a newly built building on a residential lot in the heart of Ballard. A quick walk to shops, restaurants, bars, concert venues, and the farmers market. Easy access to the beach and to the great Burke-Gilman running and hiking trail. The guys are extremely responsive. The place is spotless and clutter free. Neighbors are very nice, too. Great spot - stay here and relax.

Great host, close to downtown but in a quite peaceful neighborhood to escape

We loved staying here. It was perfect for our family. We loved having designated off street parking as we were traveling with our kids and 3 small grandchildren. Kevin was very responsive and accommodating.
