Great place for our weekend stay in seattle

Really great spot, perfect for two! The patio gives a beautiful sunset view. Instructions were super clear and host was responsive when we needed. Highly recommend!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Older building, but good renovations. My maintenance request was answered immediately and fixed in less than 2 hours. It felt like having a nice apartment in the heart of downtown. To be clear, other than street parking if you're lucky, there is no parking here. You'll need to park at a garage nearby, but there are several to choose from. SpotHero is your friend here. All in all, this place is a gem. Highly recommended.

We lived our stay! Great location in west Seattle, easy to get to your typical tourist activities. The space was great, spacious and had everything you need and more! Try accommodating with my 9 month old, we appreciated all the necessary baby supplies and toys! Easy check in, and included parking, which we loved! Also! A cute park down the street if you’re traveling with kiddos :)

I absolutely loved staying at Greenwood Gardens. I was there for almost 3 months. I was so comfortable and cozy there. Abby and Rodger have thought of everything so I wanted for nothing. There is a huge closet in the bedroom, which makes it easy if you have a lot of clothes like me. The bed is awesome and I absolutely loved the “Purple” pillows. The bathroom is immaculate and has lots of drawers and a little linen closet for your personal things. The living and dining area is quaint and the kitchen has every gadget you will need if you like to cook. I loved making my pour over coffee every morning, but there is a coffee pot and a Keurig too. As winter turned into spring, the yard began to bloom and it is so beautiful now. I am going to miss Greenwood Gardens for I loved living there. But, I have decided to make Seattle my permanent home so I’ll be around. And I am a happy to say I have gained 2 new friends in Abby and Rodger.

We really loved our stay and hope we can stay again. It is a cozy little place but it was perfect for our needs. We felt at home and safe tucked back in the little neighborhood it’s in. There were lots of places to walk to or drive to.

We had a nice stay at Iva’s lovely place. It is very clean and well taken care of, which makes it homey and comfortable. It is next to an elementary school with basketball courts but not too busy in the mornings. In case it is important to you, this home has two sets of very steep stairs, one carpeted, one LVP that is slick. They were a bit of a challenge for us. That said, that is the only concern we had staying here and we’d stay again. The beds were comfortable and the outside space was relaxing and private. We didn’t even use the tv! The kitchen had everything we needed and we adored this house and all it offers. We loved the decor and furnishings, very nice and we felt at home. Thanks for a great stay, Iva and Dan!

This was a great spot to stay while visiting my daughter at U Dub. Walking distance to Green Lake which is beautiful! Safeway and a neighborhood gem, Mojito-both at arms reach. The apartment had everything you’d need-Lee really thought of everything! I’d return in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay. The home is warm and welcoming. It is charmingly decorated. Lots of light. Great landscaping. The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The neighborhood is lovely and it is a great Ballard location. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Lots of fun details to make it feel like home. A lot of thought and care went into this property. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime.

Our family needed a place to stay for a wedding and this was the perfect little house for our stay. Very family friendly with amenities that made the trip much smoother than it would have been without them such as bed bumpers, a high chair, pack and play, etc. The house was in pristine condition and very thoughtfully organized and laid out. The basement had a Pac-Man gaming system and foosball table which entertained the kids for awhile, along with many board game options, books, dolls, magnatiles, and more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many things to do such as the zoo or rose garden. Couldn’t recommend this home enough! Thank you for having us!

A Bird’s Nest was the perfect little getaway for my partner and me. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy. We loved relaxing in the peaceful backyard, and the town nearby had plenty of great spots for food and coffee. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Excellent rental in a newly built building on a residential lot in the heart of Ballard. A quick walk to shops, restaurants, bars, concert venues, and the farmers market. Easy access to the beach and to the great Burke-Gilman running and hiking trail. The guys are extremely responsive. The place is spotless and clutter free. Neighbors are very nice, too. Great spot - stay here and relax.

It was nice to have this space to go home to at the end of each busy day. There isn’t much privacy due to the homes surrounding this one and we liked to keep the windows open for cool air, but it was still comfortable and felt very safe and quiet. Our kids enjoyed playing with the toys provided in the basement and we enjoyed having the ability to do laundry and make breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. We walked to many locations nearby and really enjoyed the connectivity to the Ballard area. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

Was a lovely space in North Capitol Hill. Had a great time being in a nice neighborhood. Near tons of good restaurants and coffee shops.

We just had an amazing time in Robert’s place - made extra special because we could park our car easily there and go absolutely everywhere by foot! The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and Robert was an exceptionally responsive and proactive host. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed the stay at Brianne’s place, great location surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, the place is very cozy and clean. We never get tired of the view of the balcony! Highly recommended!!!

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

Really lovely stay at Rachel's place. Best parts for me was the location (easy walks to all the Winslow has to offer and on/off the ferry to head to the city. The other good parts were the bed (comfy) and the landscaping around the space - very well done. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

Bens place was well kept and easily accessible. There were plenty of extra linens and towels. Ben was easy to communicate with and made the process simple!
