Large One Bedroom cabin-like basement apartment, on a beautiful, quiet, off the beaten path area that is a 5 minute drive to the restaurants, bars and shops on Ballard Ave. 25 minute drive to South Lake Union & downtown Seattle (7mi). It is family friendly, with a private backyard space all to yourself. 5 min walk to private neighborhood beach access (key fob included). Parking: easy/safe/free. This apartment is attached to our main home and we have two kids (9 and 11 years old) and one dog.

You’ll love our place because it's very clean and cozy. Our central location is only blocks from the Roosevelt light rail station. Beautiful Greenlake and urban forest, Cowen Park, are both blocks away. Gorgeous coffee shops, award winning restaurants, PCC Co-op, Wholefoods, fresh tamales, pho, Thai, & Indian restaurants all within blocks. Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under 100 year old apple tree in the garden.
