The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been retained. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, with additional costs, you can relax and unwind.

The stable is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. As a result, you almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own private terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and park it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the fighting valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a fifteen minute drive, Giethoorn half an hour.

3 km away from Hardenberg in the beautiful neighborhood of “Engeland” is available for rent on your own property: Het Bakhuus , for B&B and short vacations. Hardenberg is located in the natural Vechtdal of Overijssel and has a lot to offer. Behind our renovated farmhouse stands a wonderful, free-standing holiday home surrounded by meadows, between Nieuwleusen and Balkbrug. The cottage is equipped with every comfort and the garden offers a lot of privacy. Nearby there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, such as the Reestdal, the Ommerschans, the Lemelerberg and the Staphorsterbos. Zwolle with its beautiful city center and museum de Fundatie are easily accessible with 20 minutes by car.

Unlike mentioned in the description, we do not share any spaces. The room, bathroom and toilet are exclusively intended for you. Optionally, we provide a delicious dinner to end the day. Cozy back house in Drenthe

Our cozy back house has a fresh, contemporary look. On the ground floor there is room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which has the double bed. All beds have M-line mattresses. It is located in our farm where we live ourselves with our sweet labrador Saar. In the yard we have two donkeys and chickens. There is a garden with several seats, including one with a fire pit and views of the countryside.

Our farm was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

What's "On his Swedish"? A fully furnished cozy house (former living area of the farm) with its own entrance, full of comforts and also wheelchair accessible. Plenty of opportunities to stay privately outside the house. Extras which we offer for a fee: - Groceries when you prefer not to do so yourself during these times. - Provide a warm meal that will be presented in the B&B.
