Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Balkbrug

A beautiful bungalow in the middle of the nature reserve. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The forest right outside the door offers many opportunities for walking. The cute house offers everything you need and the hosts are always approachable. Communication was hassle-free and very friendly. Thank you Piet and Anja for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at Ton and Lizette’s place. The house and surroundings were even nicer than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even included a few dog treats to also welcome our dog. He really lived his best life exploring outside. We felt relaxed and enjoyed taking walks in nature. The bed was so comfortable with the adjustable settings and reading lamps. We were sad to leave, but we look forward to going back!

The stay was very nice. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for 2 people! The house looked like the pictures and is very spacious. Large well-kept garden and terrace. We will be happy to come back!

We came from France for 4 nights, the welcome was very warm, The setting is very beautiful and quiet, well designed for our dog Lilou, small enclosed courtyard, the accommodation is comfortable, as indicated on the site. Our stay was a pleasant stay. We were with 4 adults. Ideal because there were 2 floors with 2 bathrooms etc. All amenities were provided. Coffee, tea, spa in the fridge Etc. Pleasant beds. Very neat bathrooms. And then the breakfast. We can only say one thing about it. Most hotels can learn from this. Just a lot of fresh and tasty. In short, a very strong recommendation in our opinion. We may come back

Overall, we enjoyed it very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

Very welcoming, easily approachable. Beautiful location with lots of greenery, animals and tranquility. Nice, clean and well-equipped B&B with delicious breakfast. Enjoy the wood stove. Recommended, even with young children!

Amazing stay! So peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. We went for a lovely walk, and we were blessed with great weather, so we spent most of our time in the garden area. Whenever we had a question, we were able to communicate directly, and Mathijs and Nilo were very helpful. The indoor space is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is in a beautiful, quiet place on the edge of a beautifully maintained park. There is a beautiful, green garden at the cottage. The dog can run freely in the enclosed garden and you can sit in the garden in a sheltered spot. It's lovely and quiet! The cottage is cozy and there is plenty of food and drink ready. We have never experienced this before. There were even gifts for the dog! We have completely relaxed and have had wonderful walks in the forest. You can step into the forest right next to the cottage. Actually, we never go to the same place more than once, but here we consider it. Thank you Alan and Karin.

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

We had a lovely stay. We were able to check in a little earlier, for the children everything was already present in the cottage. It was beautifully clean and equipped with all comforts!

Great place and beautiful surroundings

Spacious and beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place. Welcomingly welcomed with some treats. We enjoyed the space, the animals, the trampolines and all (play)amenities. Nice to taste the atmosphere of farm life for a while. Unfortunately, you can only stay one night; the children wanted to stay there or at least stay longer. ;) Would be happy to come back.

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was the Pentecost weekend and I have never seen so many dogs. All in good shape and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes' walk, you can be in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also be off the lead. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq, is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. By far one of the very best Airbnbs! We felt very welcome here. Very sweet hosts. Upon arrival something nice for our little ones (sweet!) and everything was ready for them. A camping bed for our baby was also placed next to our bed on request. Top service! What really stood out is that the chalet was very well maintained and clean, it smelled wonderfully fresh. The chalet is compact but everything we needed and conveniently furnished. The hosts have made a lot available: coffee, oil, spices, dishwashing detergent and lots of toys! The garden around the chalet is very beautiful and spacious with 2 cozy (covered!) terraces. Even in the pouring rain, we sat outside for a while. An extensive review, but we were also very happy. Communication went very smoothly, Joke and Henk are easily accessible via airbnb or the app and very friendly 🥰 Thank you for this nice stay, you will see us again! 😄

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

10/10! We had a nice stay. You are completely private (which we think is very important) and the hot tub and pool table are big pluses. Clear explanation, supermarket and restaurants around the corner. Breakfast was extensive and very tasty! We were sorry we only booked one night. We will definitely come back for a long weekend.

A really fun place to stay! The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is great.

The location of the house is unique. This makes it super quiet. The garden is shaded by the tall trees, which is an advantage in high summer. In spring, it's cooler during the day. This has not further affected our stay. We enjoyed the time very much.

Lovely cottage in a bush setting. Amenities nearby and everything within cycling distance. It is a beautiful cycling area. Perfect for a family with one or two children.

The cottage is packed with amenities. Good speakers for nice music (thanks for the CDs there!), the view is really a 10 and through the fenced garden the dog could be lovely outside. Recommended!
