No crowds of tourists. (They're in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquillity and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Behind our renovated farm is a lovely, secluded vacation home surrounded by meadows, between Nieuwleusen and Balkbrug. The cottage is equipped with every comfort, and the garden offers a lot of privacy. Nearby there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, such as the Reestdal, the Ommerschans, the Lemelerberg and the Staphorsterbos. Zwolle with its beautiful city center and museum de Fundatie are easily accessible with 20 minutes by car. The cottage sleeps 4.

Wooden nature house with a view. Close to lake.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

A beautiful wooden house located on my parents' property. Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feeling when the trees change color or seek coziness in the winter months. In the beautiful surroundings, there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified town Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car(s) at the house. We do not provide breakfast service. Come stay!
