My stay was perfect! The photos are exactly the same as the apartment. Everything was impeccable, Daniel and Márcia were very helpful with me and my friends. We need to change some issues of the stay and she promptly answered me quietly and resolutely. The location of the apartment could not be better, it is close to everything and easily accessible to anywhere, Uber arrives and leaves with ease. Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is located in an excellent area, close to the beach and with easy access to pharmacy, market, restaurants and everything we needed. The 24h gatehouse was a great differential, as it brought us a lot of security both on arrival and on departure. The apartment is cozy, super clean, with towels and bedding smells, all very well taken care of. A place that really made us feel right at home! The host was extremely polite, accessible, and attentive at all times — something increasingly rare to find. Without a doubt, we will be back for sure! 💙

This is a must!!! 2000% recommended. Brand new apartment, lots of amenities, great shopping in the surroundings, and at a walking distance if you take left go to Copacabana, and if you walk right, gorgeous Ipanema awaits you. Metro station at 1 block distance, Mércia has a piece of heaven in Rio.

A familiar location. The noise of the river water is a the playground aside , and without eminent risks because the place is fully preserved and closed . The kitchen area, leisure and the playground were the environments in which we were given rest and my family can stay in the same space . My 2-year-old grandson had fun and the toys that the house has kept him very happy because it is a space that he seemed to have already explored and we were safe..

The stay was great, we were able to check in with a flexible schedule, everything was neat and smelling, the space of the house is very good and has everything that promises. Victor tipped to park on the street in front of the house and that helped a lot, there was always a vacancy and it was right in front of the house. The only point that could improve is the shower, because the water comes out very weak, so the ideal would be to put a shower with a pressurizer, but on hot days it is possible to use the shower that is in the barbecue area, there the water pressure is wonderful. I highly recommend the house, moreover the view is beautiful.

Comfortable and complete apartment, they are three internally connected condominiums in a quiet neighborhood. Concierge, pool staff, ornament and very empathetic warehouses. Marta was very worried about our stay, attended quickly and certainly our questions. I would recommend the dpt. to future guests.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with concierge, swimming pool, gym and well organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches ( we use uber) . There is public transport and locomotion options that make it easy to reach different points of interest, plus a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, electric grill and all the implements for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. A detail that I valued a lot is that the building has an option to recycle, which makes it easy to separate the waste from the same apartment. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to go back to Rio, especially to this less saturated area than the classics like Copacabana.
